Beautiful old farmhouse which has been tastefully decorated set in lovely gardens with plenty of outdoor seating. The room was well equipped with no need to ask for anything. The bed was comfortable, with plenty of coffee & tea making choices available. A treat (cake or biscuits) was left daily in the room. Breakfast was amazing, loads of choice with everything beautifully presented. The hosts were friendly, polite & helpful. You can hear the traffic in the distance from the main road if you like the window open at night but it does go quiet after midnight. I would definitely recommend this B&B

Helen and Phil were wonderful hosts, I arrived very late, but they were up and made me feel very welcome. I'll stay there again.

Marvellous B&B. The hosts could not have been more helpful, the room was very clean and very comfortable, the location was excellent (a short drive to Padstow), we were welcomed by home made cake on the first day, and hot cross buns on the second, and the breakfast was delicious with eggs laid by the chickens in the garden. We also got to help feed the 10 day old lambs living at the property - a delight!
