Perfect location and setup to pass through Queens Station. We appreciated the proximity to dining options and the bus to the airport.

Small but perfect room had to get moved due to air con not working but in the new room it was fine. Complimentary cheese and wine makes me want to go back!

I had a one night stopover before travelling on further the following day. Everything about the hotel was very good , and the helpfulness of the staff was excellent. Clean bedroom, and bathroom, comfortable bed. No complaints and as far as I was concerned there wasn't anything that I could think of to improve my stay. Depending on how you arrive at the hotel, there is a problem for traffic. I came down from Glasgow Bus Station which was OK but because of work going on at George Square, traffic cannot go along side the Square which means that it can't turn into North Frederick Street. The hotel is is quite near the corner at the Square. As there is quite a hill to the bus station, I took a taxi, which had to go a very long way round and cost £11.00 .

It’s a very clean hotel centrally located close to Buchanan Bus terminal, restaurants and bars. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Bedding and linens are good but room was very small for 2 people and there was no closet. We had to hang our pants and jacket on the wall.

My one bed room without windows was very small. An open suitcase took up all the floor space. The TV was difficult to use. Turn it on then select the channels was very difficult. The TV would not turn off. The remote control would turn it on but not off. The hot water kettle worked okay. Clean towels and coffee sugar cream and tea packets are replaced every other day. The staff are very helpful. It's a 5 minute walk to the Queen Street Train Station. Rooms are very small.

Great value & convenient location for a city break. I chose a no-window room which might not suit some people, but it was perfectly fine for me. Room was in great condition.

I’d highly recommend this hotel. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The best staff that I’ve ever had at any hotel that I’ve stayed at (and I travel a lot). It’s at a fantastic location. I was able to walk everywhere that I wanted to go to. The bar downstairs had amazing food and drinks to order. The room was clean and bright. Shoutout to the night crew that helped us find the best way to Edinburgh!

I loved the availability of the bar and food at night and breakfast in the am. I was at the end of my trip and wasn’t enthusiastic about walking around Glasgow looking for places to eat after a tiring day of travel. The place is also quite convenient to the central train/bus stations and access to the airport.

We stayed in a double room upstairs . The toilet was in the roof slope so potential to hit head . Door handle broken. Strange open space to roof void also could do with covering over or a door on it . Bed really comfy. It was warm weather so a bit stuffy even with window open . Plenty of space for clothes . Host very attentive Great continental breakfast included which I hadn’t realised was included Great for getting to edingburgh .

It’s convenient from a location point of view , however it was nothing special considering the price

Not again, felt like sardines can, not even a chair or include a cup of coffee. Recommend it? Nada! Niet!

Only thing that was the size of the room, but everything else was great.
