Great view from the room window and especially from the breakfast area on the 13th floor.

This hotel is marketed as a ‘vintage’ hotel but I suspect they bought a hotel that was quite grand and fashionable in it’s heyday. The room had a comfortable bed and clean linen but thr carpet and furniture were quite worn. The breakfast had a limited selection and the coffee was cheap instant that was made up and put in jugs. That said - it was ok for the price. The view from the breakfast room was amazing.

All was perfect!! The most beautiful and authentic place, which i ever seen. Highly recommend to stay here, live like in 60s years. I wish hotel would safe style and properties, it is amazing. My room was with city view.

It was closed to everything

The staff were very friendly,the single room a good size and the bathroom had a hairdryer. The decor of the room was a little old fashioned,but the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast room on the top floor was a lovely surprise with its magnificent view of the city and the sea in the distance.the breakfast was excellent.

Everything was Ok

There was mild all over the walls in our room. Staff offered us another room but unfortunately it was covered in mold as well we ended up having to book other accommodation last minute elsewhere. Save your time and money and book elsewhere.

It's a bit old school with the design, and a very slow single working lift, but I liked it rather alot. The view from my 12th floor room was incredible, and the breakfast was really good.

Room very dated and run down. Broken elevator, we were on 11 floor. Location not recommended, no food, coffee or stores nearby. It did provide coffee and a continental breakfast which was nice.

The lady at the front desk who checked me in and checked me out, was absolutely lovely. She told me about the history of the hotel and made me feel so at home. The hotel is like a page right of the 60s and is loaded with history and charm. The restaurant was incredible and rhe waiters made me feel like a king. I cant wait to go back!

A place marked as a hotel would expect to provide hot water for shower but in this place that was a clear no. Night club just outside the hotel made a terrible noise all through the morning. Breakfast is served after 7.30 and you can simply forget about it because it was so terrible. Antique 14inch TV and the air-conditioning unit that had nobs which didn't work properly either. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone.

Room not bad, staff very pleasant

the menu was fresh, a little shy on variety but absolutely hit the spot for a the starting your day. the room was ideal and was able to stay for 3 nights happily.......... really liked Porto and what it had to offer, easy to get around the city and close to transit.......... was in contact with 4 of the staff and they were all so helpful, it was appreciated...... from the check in to the cleaning staff........ so good !!!

Wonderful front desk service along with a great breakfast! Not forgetting the decor of the hotel which was fabulous!

Hotel entrance was not obvious and it only occupies top few floors of this dated building. Room w ensuite bath is tightly spaced though i enjoyed a warm bath. I was woken up at 4am by some rowdy people chanting and singing in the open carpark beside the hotel. Breakfast was standard continental at the top floor with great view of the city

Loved the Hotel Miradouro, they have a great staff it’s in a convenient area. It’s a great place to stay. They have 24 hr reception and the staff is very attentive
