My stay at the Sanya Edition was exceptional from the moment I arrived. This vast, 50-acre property impressed with its amenities, including multiple restaurants, pools, and a gym. The experience was elevated by the superb service, such as staff's personal welcome and escort to my room. The spacious room featured beautiful views and premium amenities, most notably a high-tech toilet with washing, drying, and massaging functions. I also enjoyed a great variety of breakfast options. It was amazing. It also offers shuttle service to duty free shopping.

Very nice and comfortable hotel with good privacy and service. Many restaurants and facilities are available in the hotel as well. The butler service was very nice, able to answer your enquiry in a short time

The stay was amazing. Thank you to the staff for giving us free upgrade of the rooms and allowing us for late checkout. All staff was friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience with quality service, very comfortable rooms, delicious food and amazing scenery and views. The pool bar was closed, under construction and very noisy. The other pools are beautiful. The Chinese restaurant is delicious with spectacular night views. Barbacoa was disappointing food quality but nice atmosphere. We would definitely stay again

Booked the Premium Room, Ocean View and was quite disappointed. The ocean can be viewed only when you are standing at the balcony, not from the room itself. Besides that, everything else was outstanding. Staff were very helpful, esp Grace from Egert and Elliot the F&B manager from Edition Market. Lots of selection available at breakfast. The seafood buffet at Edition Market were fresh and tasty from mango clams, baby abalone to lamb chop etc. Hotel prepared a surprise Birthday room deco and cake in room which was exceptional. The dragonfruit cake was super delicious and special. Overall was really pleased and will definitely return and will ensure the Ocean View Room is booked!

Fantastic service and overall facilities.

We had a wonderful stay at The Edition. The staff was really amazing, kind, friendly and genuinely interested in making our stay great. Eduard greeted us and made sure that everything was set for our stay and that we were well taken care of, checking in numerous times to make sure we had no additional needs. He and the staff showed great interest in our 2 year old son and wanted to make sure we knew of everything that was available for entertainment and even sent a few little treats to my son. The breakfast was great, and for dinner the Indonesian BBQ restaurant was a highlight of our trip... nestled into a sandy tree covered little area with live music, the food was exceptional. Chef IMade serves up some really delicious food and we enjoyed spending time talking with him about his food, China, Indonesia and many other things... he is truly a kind and talented man and is a great asset to Marriott. We were pleasantly surprised by our trip to The Sanya Edition and would highly recommend it to others that are traveling within China and looking for a slightly easier get away than making a longer trip over to other SE Asia destinations.

This is the best hotel in Sanya,It is not 5 star but 6 star Quality of service Hotel amenities Etc the best of best hotel. Th staff is at their excellent Specially Sally at Market Restaurant and my best friend I made the chef at the Barbacoa Restaurant .We will be returning back in April 2019.Thanks to all the staff at EDITION

Huge problems with check in and mixed up reservations. Great amenities, great breakfast and close to beach but wooden deck near swimming pool was of bad quality and felt unsafe. Room service would be ok except carpets looked like they weren't vacuumed properly.

Great hotel with very comfortable villas. Could have a more international cuisine line up for foreign guests. Also could have more activity options given there aren't too many activities in Sanya itself

Amazing location with beautiful views, unfortunately I paid for a 5 star experience only for ~3 star service, staff had difficulty handling non native customers, would recommend looking elsewhere if you’re visiting!
