The Villa is on a lovely little street in the heart of Old Town. The room was spotless and had clearly been well maintained. Nikolina was friendly and knowledgeable, helping us with suggestions for places to eat and visit. She also arranged for flowers and chocolates in our friends room as they were celebrating their Wedding Anniversary, plus a very sweet heart shape on the bed made from petals. I would recommend Villa Sigurata to anyone needing a central spot to explore Dubrovnik from.

The room was very clean. Nikolina was an amazing host. She went above and beyond to make my stay a wonderful one. Air conditioning was excellent. While you don't get outside noise when the windows are shut, you can hear noises from within the villa in your room. This was the only downside.

Excellent place to stay right in the old town. Owner is very nice and helpful. Room was perfect and even has a refrigerator and hot water kettle.

Nikolina greeted us at the gate, and walked us to the property which is ideally situated for all the sights. She gave us lots of information and recommendations for restaurants and recommended the Dubrovnik pass which saved on the sights and gave discounts on some restaurants. Nikolina’s husband picked us up at the airport and dropped us back for our return flight which was great. The rooms are small but perfectly adequate and very clean. Overall an excellent stay and nothing was too much trouble for Nikolina and would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks you for a fabulous few days.

The location is fantastic—perfectly situated for exploring the area. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Nikolina was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. She gave us excellent advice on places to visit and some great restaurant recommendations.

This is an absolutely FABULOUS hotel in Old Town! Nikolas is so FANTASTIC and helpful with recommendations, upkeep, and generally making sure you have the best stay possible in Dubrovnik! The room was a decent size, the shower had great pressure, and the room stayed dark, if needed. The location is so great to do ALL the things in Old Town and an easy walk to Uber pick ups. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The Hotel is attractively and efficiently designed - stylish yet charming. Everything you need is in your room - mini fridge, electric kettle for coffee/Tea. The location is ideal. The place is. If you really want to experience Old Town Dubrovnik--you must stay inside the walls. I recommend Hotel Villa Sigurata for the experience, friendliness of staff, cleanliness, and comfort level. Yes, there are a few steps to take to get to the hotel, but the staff picked us up at the ferry terminal and helped us with getting our luggage to the hotel. They also provided us with laundry service and luggage storage, and transfer to the airport at the end of our visit. I would definitely stay here again.

Owners were extremely accommodating and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hospitality, knowledgeable host, clean room, great location! We would definitely recommend this property. One caution, like many cities, we noticed a few cockroaches in the streets near where we stayed--we would advise not bringing food into the room where you are sleeping so as not to attract pests
