The hotel's breakfast has good selections. Room is clean and spacious, but there isn't any shelves to hold shampoo, body gel and soap in the shower. We stayed at the room facing the street, and you could hear cars and people talking bellow the closed window after midnight.

Very good hotel close to the old city center, not far from the railway station. This hotel has a pleasant style, it is located in the old building yet with a modern look, nice furniture, clean bathroom, good breakfast.

The stay was excellent but no elevator to the second floor.

Naomi was very kind and considerate in trying to help us find a ground floor room seeing the lifts were not working She went out of her way above and behind We truly appreciated it We only had a little problem with too much light coming into the room from the street lamp outside and also one of the power points was not working near our bed We had a lovely time in the hotel

Perfect for our needs!

The hotel is located close to all of the "old city" attractions - very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and the bathroom was updated. I also liked that the breakfast egg dishes were cooked to order. Two flights up the stairs with no elevator wasn't too bad because my bag was small. But those with larger bags might have a problem. And although the hotel was advertised as "air conditioned," inside my room was a sign that the room did not have air conditioning. That wasn't a big problem because it wasn't hot yet, so I opened the window. However, the street noise might be a bit much some, however, I am used to city noise so it too was okay. The clerk at the front desk said that the next time I should specifically ask for a room with AC. I will stay at the Fonte on my next visit to Győr because of the great staff and ease in getting there from the train station, just about 10 minute walk through the great old city promenade.

The hotel is recovering its capacity post pandemic. Therefore there are significant staff changes. I wish, Vivien the best of luck in her new job. The new staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have was that there was very little hot water pressure in my room (109) resulting in a very weak shower every morning.

A lovely place to recommend. Good value for money.

We have been very well looked after during our frequent stays here despite the challenges posed by the pandemic. Breakfast is served in our room and plates and cutlery is provided for our evening meals which are delivered through the “Wolt” app.

We were very satisfied with our accommodation. The Fonte has continued to serve its business customers very well during the pandemic. I felt very welcome and at home here during my 12 day stay.

Positive: Very convenient location. Large Room. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel in good condition. The table setting in the breakfast room was outstanding. Room to improve: Breakfast could be improved - more fresh products/ lfruit, no oil/vinegar, Room 101 - the shower head was leaking. Maybe a little bit more focus on details required.
