This hotel is good and worth the money. The experience of superior rooms, lake view and luxury rooms seriusly needs to be experienced. Special thanks to Mr Adil who is very professional towards his work and helped smallest of doubts cleared. The overall staff was also very responsive and fast with the service. Good 👍🏻

Very poor service. There was only one room service staff member available. I checked into my room an hour after the official check-in time, yet the room was still not properly prepared. I was handed the room key only to find that essential items such as towels were missing, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. I had to call the reception for every single requirement, and even after contacting them, it often took more than 20 minutes for the room service staff to respond, as there was only one person handling all service requests. When I started taking a shower, I discovered that the shower gel and hand wash dispensers were empty. Once again, I had to contact the staff to have them refilled. The service was extremely disappointing and frustrating throughout my stay. The tariff is quite high compared to the quality of service provided. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday, I would recommend avoiding this hotel, as you may end up frustrated with the service, just as I was.

We had a very pleasant stay at Raj Kuber Hotel. A special mention to Adil Sheikh at the reception, who attended to us exceptionally well. He patiently listened to our concerns, understood our situation, and went out of his way to help us. Even though our original booking was over, he arranged rooms for an additional 4th day at the best possible rates, which made our stay completely stress-free. His professionalism, helpful attitude, and willingness to support guests truly stand out. Thank you, Adil and the Raj Kuber team, for the warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

Heritage lake view and family rooms were reall big in size and very comfortable special thanks to ADIL, he made our stay very easy and comfortable highly recommended this place.

It was great experience staying at this place, beautiful architecture and very polite staff, our direct booking was seamless and Hasselfree. Food options are limiated but deliver on taste, when we were here there were few work in progress projects so it will be an even better experience for future travelers. Special mention to Adil for his help for our booking and our reception.
