Kindly staff; proximity to the station and amazing view of Mt Fuji from the room

We were quite disappointed with our stay. The condition of the room was very poor, the carpet had so many marks/ stains on it and the bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. When the room was cleaned the coffee and creamer was not replaced and neither was the bath mat! Four restaurants but the last order was at eight and the roof top bar only opens five nights a week. The hotel is really overpriced for what it is.

Old fashioned design. But it has everything. Great location.

This place needs renovation and better cleaning. I was surprised to see the dirty hall way that needs thorough vacuuming.

Great location across from the train station, the Grand Hills is comfortable and quiet. The service is attentive and all my needs were met. If i return to Shizuoka I would stay here again.

The view from the room was excellent. Although we couldn't see Mt. Fuji from our room, the city view had a beautiful night lights and in the morning, we enjoyed great ocean view. The location is very convenient from the train station. Everything is in walking distance.

Close to the train station

Location (close to train station) and the view of Mt. Fuji from our room was gorgeous! All you can eat breakfast- great variety and was delicious!

The hotel was excellent and staff were polite My room had a great view of a very long coast line I didn’t find much to do in the immediate area but it was very close to train / subway Top floor lounge bar is excellent too take a trip up there I was only there two nights my big complaint was the bed pillows very hard and full of grit like straw ( not sure what it was ? )

Overall was good, we were staying at higher floor with the corner windows Panoramic room, beautiful to see the view, the only issue we have had is cleanliness, we did found some hairs across on the desk surface, sofa and bedding. Also, quite disgustingly found stains and hairs between the toilet and bidet, maybe it was a slight hidden spot, but not invisible, so I decided to clean it myself. Area was very easy to reach to JR stations, not too long walk for malls and some god choices of restaurants surrounding.

Other then the beautiful view this hotel is in desperate need of a renovation.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean.

Loved the place! It’s convenient and newer than expected. Enjoyed the superb view of suruga bay too!
