We had a wonderful view of the ocean. Our room was very near the elevator and extremely easy for our 93 year old grandmother to walk to.

Spaces room and beautiful view, we really enjoyed! The hot spring outside needs lights, it's too dark.

The bathroom that is separated from the toilet has lots of natural light and wonderful view. The room is spacious and clean. Good value for the prince. The breakfast buffet was great but it would have been nicer if they also serve simple dinners besides reservation only, pricy buffet dinner since there is no dining options nearby. Taxi costs about 1800 yen and the bus schedule is limited both local and shuttle bus.

Our family visited Atami during New Year and literally checked in on New Year Eve! The staff were super welcoming and helpful. We actually went to the wrong hotel building at check in, and they immediately sent a pick-up for us to get to the correct building. The meals included in our hotel package were all buffet, and the food was amazing! There was a very wide variety of choices. You can even enjoy the ocean view during breakfast if the balcony (and shower) in your room is not enough for you to admire the beautiful Atami :) We would love to visit again during Summer to see the fireworks!

The hot spring bath was relaxing and the staff was very polite! Our room and bathroom was also big and spacious.

夕飯の時間は通りか早目に行ったほうが良い

彼のお誕生日で宿泊させていただきました。 露天風呂付きのお部屋が予約できたので、利用させていただきました(^^) お部屋も広々としてて清潔感あってとてもよかったです！ シャワーヘッドやドライヤーなど、リファを置かれてて個人的にとても嬉しかったです♪ 大浴場も行かせてもらいましたが、そこも全てリファでした！ ご飯もビュッフェで自由に取れるし、もっと食べたかったけど想像以上にお腹いっぱいになって、もっと食べたかった（笑） お部屋の露天風呂もすごく心地良く、最高の時間が過ごせました(^ ^) また機会があれば利用します！！

スタッフのサービスもよく、景色の良い席に案内していただき、熱海の夜景等を愉しむことが出来ました。

客室や水回りとても綺麗だったので快適に過ごせました。ビュッフェも豊富で全て美味しくまたリピートしたいと心から思えるホテルでした。

熱海のお宿の割にはお刺身が小皿だけで少し残念でした。

高台で最高の景色 カーナビに従って行くと旅館には遠回りになります

到着時間が遅かったからか(17時頃)、夕食が19時半からだったのが残念。 お部屋からの眺めもお部屋もよかったです。

朝食は、美味しいものが並び、お腹がいっぱいにも関わらずもっと食べたくなりました

夜の食事は懐石料理をお願い致しましたが 料理は以前の懐石料理の方が美味しく懐石料理らしく 頂けました、 朝食はバイキングで普通でした
