It’s a very good place for family and for people who love Onsen. Fantastic dining experience but cleanliness for room is really just soso.

The place is absolutely mind blowing, I can assure those who are considering this place to not think twice. The decor is a perfect blend of modernity with Japanese tradition. The room I received was bright, airy with an amazing view of the mountains. The balcony was also a great touch. This is the place to be if you are into onsen. The baths are very well maintained with lots of pools (outdoors and indoors) to choose from. You do have to drive in order to get here, but it's not difficult to locate. great touches also include good English speakers, elegant dinners and also love the activities they have beside the fireplace at night (roasting marshmallows!)

Brilliant appointed, beautifully hosted hotel! Staff were extraordinarily attentive, the hotel was immaculately maintained and aesthetically brilliant.

This was one of the best hotels that I’ve stayed in. Service was excellent and everyone went out of their way to ensure you enjoyed the stay from the moment you step out of the car. Food was also fantastic and the onsen is huge. Facilities are top class, as was the room. I would definitely stay here again if I’m travelling to Shikoku.

Very nice facilities all over the place, especially bathroom

The room is beautifully appointed, food was very very good, it's breakfast and dinner was a fine dining experience, you get small portions of various authentic Japanese foods in one meal, definitely enough to fill your stomach though, I had to bring the leftovers upstairs. Staff was very patient with our lack of Japanese speaking skills, some of them are fluent in English. This is a fairly new resort, so everything there is in almost pristine conditions. Highly recommended.

Remarkable place in its beauty and attention to detail. This is a modern ryokan with an exciting dining experience. The outdoor bathing area is the most magnificent I have had the pleasure to experience.

お風呂も清潔さも大変良かったです。 お料理は地元の素材を使っていて、良いのですが 前菜が今ひとつ、平面的だったのと デザートのプリンが人工的でした。 デザートは、シンプルで不変的な物を 出したらいいと思います。 お酒は、凄く良心的です。 レストランにいらした 燕さん。笑顔も自然で、料理の説明も 滑らかで、おもてなしの気持ちが伝わってきました。寛いでお食事出来ました。 ありがとう。

天候には恵まれませんでしたが、室内、露天風呂共に広々として清潔で文句なしに寛げました。食事も創意工夫が施されており、大変印象的でした。四国内の温泉は、いろいろ回りましたが総合的にもベストと思います。

Beautiful environment with excellent service. All hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Facilities are topnotch and well thought of. The food is amazing! We especially loved the dinner! One of the best hotels we have ever stayed!

酒店環境優美，周邊自然景觀宜人，服務人員態度親切，還主動幫忙拍照；適合自駕遊、親子家庭入住，溫泉有大眾池，部分房有私人風呂，單幢式房內沒有私人風呂，但含有一小時的獨立風呂供前往使用。

Onsen is excellent.The room we live are clean .Hotel overall environment is very comfortable and quite and employees are kindly and friendly We enjoy very much.

酒店接近高松機場，交通方便。無論在環境、清潔度、舒適度及員工服務態度都非常滿意，房間以至私人湯池都足夠寬敞及舒適，但在早餐及晚餐的質素上可有改善空間，沒有驚喜，只是一般。

So far one of the best Onsen experience in Japan. Very nice room and private bath. Food were good and staff are nice. Facility and amenity are up above expectation.

とてもモダンで落ち着きがあり清潔感のある宿であり、ハード面は非常に素晴らしいが、ソフト面があまり整っていない感じを受けた。もう少し人材育成に力を入れて欲しい。まだ新しい宿であるため今後が楽しみです。
