I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily rate it 5/5. I stayed for one night in a Premium Twin Room, and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was immaculate, and the shower was excellent. The location is another major advantage—it’s only about a 13-minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. Breakfast was very enjoyable. The hotel offers an à la carte menu where you can choose your main course, along with a small buffet that provides a nice selection of additional items. It was a great way to start the day. As a thoughtful welcome gesture, the hotel also provided two complimentary drink vouchers, which was a lovely touch and made us feel appreciated. What truly made the stay special, however, was the exceptional hospitality. Being a boutique hotel, the service feels very personal, and every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I would especially like to thank the two wonderful ladies at reception who checked me in. Their kindness, professionalism, and warm welcome set the tone for a fantastic stay. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

Excellent place

Overall, just a great experience!

The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful; particulary two. The location is pretty good depending on where you're going in Amsterdam and the surrounding area.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. We had some trouble with our booking and they were extremely accommodating. The rooms and lobby were gorgeous and the staff extremely attentive. We were there in a heat wave and the AC was amazing.

Staff was very helpful with restaurant suggestions. The hotel and our king room was perfect. Excellent! 😊

Great location near central station. Very walkable to many sites in Amsterdam. Lobby is small but very quaint. Available fresh breakfast is very nice. Our basement suite was excellent. Two king beds and very roomy for European hotels. Very quiet rooms as well. Excellent stay!!!

This is a beautiful and unique hotel. You won't find anything else like it - which is why we chose it. The beds were so comfortable and everything is spotless. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. I'd love to stay here again someday

The hotel is beautiful, rooms are great size and clean, location was great and staff were friendly.

We are on a trip through Europe, and this was the best stay for sure. The staff was super accommodating. We got a complimentary drink when we arrived as well! And you can’t forget how spacious the rooms were. They were huge compared to everything else we stayed in. I cannot recommend this property enough. Thank you Hendricks!

Being a short walk from Amsterdam Centraal station,the warm and welcoming Hendricks hotel is located close to all main attractions and good restaurants, most being walkable, This hotel offers good breakfast and the helpful staff and service was excellent. Thank you for an enjoyable stay .

Beautiful hotel and the staff were unbelievably kind. We had an overnight flight and arrived at 6am. They were so accommodating with us letting us reorganize our suitcases which they locked in their storage room while we explored. We needed a break so we went back to the hotel before our room was ready and they were able to change things around and clean a room for us so we could get in one. We had an absolute amazing stay here. Easily walkable to many things to do eat and see (it is on the outskirts of the city, so do plan to walk 20-25 mins to some things).

Great location. Room was quite large. Breakfast was delicious. Enjoyed the atmosphere in the lobby every afternoon having a cocktail.

Great Hotel, close to everything within walking distance. The staff was superb, very nice people and outstandingly helpful. The Hotel was amazing, I stayed a second time unfortunately I got a smaller room. Strongly recommend this Hotel and I will be surely returning.
