We booked four rooms for two nights. Even though we paid in advance, we left after the first night because it was such an awful experience.
The rooms were extremely cold, the heating didn't work and there were no extra blankets provided.
We couldn't ask for assistance as there was no one at the desk from the time we checked in (at 4pm) until the time we left the next day (1pm).
And although breakfast was included in the cost of the rooms, we couldn't find where it was served. (Apparently it was inside the hotel next door.)
We have all traveled extensively for many years and agreed it was the worst hotel we've ever stayed in.
