Great stay, very clean and quiet. Would certainly stay again. Only next time would check there was milk in the fridge before the morning coffee.

Was very nice, spacious room and comfy bed. Very happy with my stay

Nice set up Loud maintenance going on while staying. Cleaning lady tried to clean before even checked out

like the fan, the place could do with an revap. but otherwise fine:)

Booked and paid for a family room 6 months prior to arrival, on arrival the room had been rented to long term tenants and only room available was inferior room with substandard beds how do you rent out a room that is already booked and paid for!!! also staff didn't speak very good English seems be a trend across NZ with Asian staff with poor English language skills particualy on the North Island...

Like: Location and availability on a short notice. Dislike: No option to have one light on in bathroom or not? Overall will stay here again

It was ok. Not good not bad just ok. The room appeared clean. But could have done with a more thorough going through

Close to the motorway, easy to find. Pump soap and shampoo in the shower. Friendly man at Reception.

The accommodation was very clean . Excellent choice of tv channels.

Owners very friendly and helpful. Heater was not working, owner brought a different one and an extra blanket for us since it was a cold night.

Close to transport. Short drive to Sylvia Park and motorway.

Place is run down, staff are friendly though. emergency accommodation only id suggest. They really need to renovate and provide air con in rooms,
