Clean spacious room. Terrific shower except handheld was set too low and overhead did not work. Confusion with young reception staff whether breakfast was included in charges or not. Young staff was very officious and made us feel defensive when her supervisor was called and objected when told by her supervisor to let issue go. Such persons do not understand customer service nor about developing good will. Otherwise a nice hotel but staff could use more training.

Definitely live up to its 5 star hotal name. Thank you very much to receptionist 小余小姐. She made us feel like we are welcomed home. We arrived around 11:30 AM, the room we booked isn't available but she give us an complimentary room upgrade and helped us checked in right away so we can leave our belongings in our room which is amazing service. Other staff are very attentive and helpful as well, showed us shortcuts around the hotel to exit closes to main street. We ordered delivery and the staff brought it us immediately. Overall, its a 5 star hotal with 10 star staff and service. I will definitely be booking here every time visiting my hometown.

The property was excellent. The only problem was likely the fault of Expedia. When I made the reservation, the site clearly stated "Breakfast included". But when I check in the hotel, Expedia did not pay the breakfasts.
