Great character property with a peaceful feel in the courtyard The staff on duty were excellent ( Heidi gave us a lot of care and a lovely Cappuccino) Staff who arranged taxi very good Great to be inside the City walls

What a wonderful stay we had. Helen and her team could not have been more helpful. The pickup from the train and drop off was perfect, Helen helping us with our luggage. Sitting in the beautiful courtyard was a real pleasure. The rooms give you a complete taste of old china whist enjoying the lovely equipped bathroom, and comfortable authentic bed. Added to this the beautiful city of pingyao. Highly recommended the elsewhere hotel and pingyao. :) xx

Lovely hotel in a historical property. The staff is vey friendly, knowledgeable and kind. They go out of their way to accommodate our needs, including pick up and drop off at the train station and excellent advice during our stay.

The staff members were very kind and gave us very good tips for our trip, taking the necessary time to explain everything. They also made us feel at home. Very nice!
