Absolutely amazing experience. The room had a Onsen bath on the balcony overlooking the lake. The service included dinner and breakfast in a private room with amazing local food and a lovely waitress who spoke decent English and explained every dish to us. There is also a lovely open rooftop Onsen. The room is large and very comfortable like an apartment. All of the staff were amazing. Fantastic

Amazing ryoken

When it comes to high class Japanese amenities, there is a sliding scale of quality, with the nearby sister hotel Shinyu just one step below Sui Suwako. This place is excellent, and I mean it. It might even be too fancy for your tastes if waiting for someone to retrieve your shoes before you go out makes you anxious. But if you're looking to relax and have a table side dinner and breakfast prepared for you, and if you like spacious rooms and private onsen, you will enjoy staying here. This is the pinnacle of Japanese comfort and accommodation in Kamisuwa. Oh, and when you're leaving? They'll even provide a free car to take you to the station.

Loved this hotel. The attentiveness of the staff, the food, and the VIEW were so worth it! The lovely bath indoors was great and the staff really made this experience memorable for me. I would love to come back to this hotel.

部屋からの眺めが最高でした。 料理もとても美味しくいただきました。 素敵なおもてなしをありがとうございます。

とても静かで接客の方も皆親切でした。 誕生日月だったのでサービスプレートを出してくれました。 大浴場が無いなが残念でしたが、お部屋のお風呂も広く、露天風呂も付いたので問題は有りませんでした。 朝食はとても美味しく頂きました。 夕食で苦手な物を聞いて頂いた時、私だけがお肉が苦手と伝えたのですが、2人とも魚に変更されてしまいました。 主人はお肉が大好きなので残念でした。 お年寄りむきなのか、量も少なめで味に関しては好き嫌いが別れそうだと思いました。

初めての宿でした。 出迎えから見送りまでおもてなしの心が素晴らしかったです。 ウェルカムのおやきから夕食、その後のお夜食に朝食、お部屋のプリンまで板長さんのこだわりをずっと感じていました。 アメニティのこだわりも素敵でした。 露天風呂からの景色も素晴らしかったです。 気になったのは客室のテレビ台の埃とサッシのレールの汚れ、あと洗面台の匂いが少し気になりました。 あとは本当に満足の2日間でした。 また行きたい宿です。

サービス、料理、ホスピタリティ等、いずれも素晴らしく滞在期間をしっかり満喫できました。 滞在期間中、他の宿泊者に会うことは殆どありませんでしたので、プライベート感もしっかり感じることができました。 またぜひ宿泊させていただきたいと思います。

部屋が広くて、ベットも寝心地がよく、温泉が付いてとても快適です。スタッフさん全員がとても親切です。

ゆっくりと過ごしたい人にはかなりおすすめです。 ホスピタリティが高く、安心して滞在することが出来ました。 また行きたいと思う施設です。

温泉も食事も満足です。屋上の混浴露天風呂は寒くて長居は出来ませんでしたが、景色は最高。

Beautiful ryokan, modern with an elegant/sleek design, great location, great food, impeccable service and the friendliest staff! Loved the mixed onsen on the rooftop!

酒店坐落諏訪湖邊, 景色雖好但同時太近馬路, 車聲太多, 晚上都有很多車經過, 大大影響了整個環境. 食物方面尚可, 不過份量太多, 略為浪費. 員工服務態度都好好, 房內的私人溫泉及淋浴設施都滿意 整體來說, 這個價錢的話可以有其他更好的選擇
