Nice new propery but small compared to others we have stayed in

Room was great, staff were very friendly and professional. Location is awesome, plenty of options nearby and the Bar and restaurant on the ground floor are great. Will be back. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Seriously beautiful place to stay , Diksha from Reception was unbelievable, impeccable customer service, I very much appreciate the upgrade & wine , to celebrate my husbands birthday , thanks team for going the extra mile, he certainly was grateful !!

We received a free upgrade which was lovely. The fireworks were amazing from the 34th-floor.

Every thing was good except the parking I wish it would be free for the guest.

All round excess to everything was great with the tram 2 minutes walk with trams running every 8 minutes making it great to explore.

TV not working, aircon in the bedroom not working well, certain was moulding and first bedroom bed hasn’t cover with mattress protection

Usually our stay here is excellent. Only thing this time was the aircon was down on our floor and wasn't fixed by the time we left. communication about the problem was poor.
