Hair and stains on side in bathroom. Lights not working in the carpark and side door to hotel did not need a card to gain access as it was not locking.

Honestly, the staff here are some of the most patient, kind, and generous folks you will ever meet. My only gripe is that the WiFi was very poor and caused issues when in virtual meetings. However, the staff were splendid and am happy to have stayed here.

Great facilities and room

Parking was around 6euro for the stay. Breakfast was extra so we skipped it. Room was nice and spacious but hot. Front desk was nice.

This was my first stay in Germany and the hotel was great, they served breakfast every morning and they were able to recommend great alternatives over the weekend. The staff also spoke English which was a plus for me.

Big room, very nice bathroom, friendly staff on reception. Breakfast was a little hectic with some guests pushing in. Car park privately owned so have to get ticket validated every time. Comfortable bed. Overall quite pleasant!

Aircondition unit does not work. Called the reception disk. Told me to increase the fan. Its 74 degress in my room. We are sweating bullets. We open the windows but our room is facing the main road so road noise prevent us from sleeping soundly. Took 2 showers just to make myself comfortable.

Modern, spacious and comfortable room. Quiet hotel with a restaurant. Good breakfast spread. Quiet area with easy and plentiful parking lots. Convenient base to explore the Black Forest region.

Property was very well kept. Nice and economical parking. AC in the room did not go below 23.5 C, the room was very warm inside and the hotel did not had floor or desk fans available. Tried to sleep with window open for a little comfort but room was facing main road, too loud for the window to stay open.

Our stay was great. The property was nice and clean. The food was also very good. We recommend this hotel to anyone with children.

We booked at the last minute on a spontaneous trip to the Black Forest. The staff was welcoming and the room was very clean with all necessary amenities. It has everything we could have wanted and accommodated our two dogs as well.

Was ok in general Exactly as I expect

While visiting Germany, one child and mother had to have a stay in hospital next to the hotel. The holiday inn made everything easy for me and other child under otherwise trying circumstances.

I enjoyed 2 nights at this beautiful modern hotel. Receptionist was very helpful and co-operative( i do not recall her name ). I had a problem with my rented car, she offered to call them and was very patient with them. I really appreciate that, she solved my problem. The hotel is new and so clean and beautifully decorated in a very quiet and beautiful area.

Pleasant stay in the hotel, friendly staff who were helpful, a fridge in the room would have been useful, and my husband missed English tea

Our stay was fantastic we went on a quick trip to the Black Forest. The hotel is 20-30 min from Black Forest even though is not the most convenient I don’t regret staying here breakfast was great, service was great, room was clean and comfy. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was updated and clean I would stay here again I recommend this place to anyone traveling in the area

Excellent hotel, the only issue I had was limited parking that didn’t cost, most parking spots cost $7 a day
