It was really convenient to have the onsen onsite and it was lovely! The room on the 4th floor was very outdated but clean. Tip of onsen- they have “outfits” at the front. Red for women, blue for men with different sizing. I had to ask about what size would fit best since I was unaware of Japanese sizing. 😅 Breakfast was amazing! Would recommend to stay again!

Kyoto is probably one of the loveliest cities in the world, but one drawback is the limited number of hot springs (onsen). Eminence Hotel is a wonderful exception, offering both indoor and outdoor onsen. The hotel is located in the Ōharano area of Rakusai New Town, surrounded by beautiful nature. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay in a peaceful, scenic setting, I would definitely recommend Eminence Hotel.

客室は清潔でスタッフの対応がよかったです。バイキングの食事がもう少し豪華で種類があればもっとよかったと思いました。

フロントと食堂のスタッフがニコリともせずサービス精神が今ひとつだった。

Breakfast is amazing. But the room is very dirty, found lot of hair on the floor, on the cabinets, towel racks.

温泉は大きく綺麗でとても良かった 宿泊施設は古い感じでトイレが狭かった 布団も自分でひかないといけなく大変だった

Excelente. Como extranjeros, fue vivir una auténtica experiencia japonesa. Super amables y un desayuno delicioso. Está un poco retirado de los lugares turísticos pero vale totalmente la pena. El cuarto es muy espacioso y sientes mucha paz.

温泉大浴場が最高でした。個人的には立湯のジェットが好きでした。露天風呂、ナノ炭酸、ジャグジーなど、様々な種類のお風呂が楽しめます。

温泉が意外に良いお湯でした　朝食ブッフェも充実していて京都の食材を楽しめました　お部屋も快適でした　漫画読み放題のリラックスエリアもあって今回利用しませんでしたが良さそうでした　今度はもっとゆっくり滞在したいです

朝ご飯、充実のバイキングでした。ちょっとだけ並びましたので、やや早めか少しゆっくりか時間差で行く方がよいです。 温泉も万葉の湯の系列なので、安心できました。夜中３時まで入浴可でした。
