The worst customer service. I was denied check in for one night after my credit card failed for $50 deposit. The hotel manager was not helpful. I paid the full price already and I could not spend one night there. This was a total regret as the booking was non-refundable. I had to move to other hotel to spend my last night in Chicago. I really appreciated one of the hotel staff who helped me bringing my luggage to the taxi I ordered. He treated me well. FYI the hotel is far from downtown and you have to walk far to public transport such as bus and train. Don't waste your money and time in this hotel. Book other awesome hotel with great location in Chicago. What a waste of my time coming to this hotel. I get disappointed every time I remember this experience. Never again I book on this hotel if I am planning to visit Chicago.
