The security team was Awesome. Went out of their way to make sure my car was always close to the entrance. Staff is very polite. Breakfast is excellent. Room was always clean when I returned. Definitely recommend and will return in the near future. Thanks for the hospitality!

El lugar estuvo bien, con todo en su lugar. El olor de las toallas era muy intenso a cloro y hay un poco de ruido que atraviesa por los muros de los vecinos pero que no fue intolerable. El desayuno fue rico, tipo buffet y con lo necesario.

I didn't like that the stairs are far away from main entrance and the elevators took forever to pick me

While the hotel's location and breakfast were great, the customer service was good, and my room was a bit dirty, with dirty bed sheets. Just a reminder No refrigerator or microwave

I did not feel safe Knor the other 6 in my party. We rented 4 rooms. The elevator was super slow and only 3 to 4 People were allowed on it. They need to be replaced. We waited 20 minutes from 6th floor to lobby. We were not allowed to use what is supposed to be the emergency stairs unless there was a fire. Even at that the stairs don't have access to ground level. I will never stay there again or my Loved ones.
