Good location

Very friendly staff.

Julio and Rosa did a fantastic job at making us feel welcome. The staff are very friendly and want their guests to have a great time in Pas. The hotel is located very close to the mountain and is situated close to shops/supermarkets. The restaurant area has a very nice atmosphere and we spend a few of our nights eating and drinking in there. The room was small for 4 adults, but the hotel provides a locker to store ski equipment in. The room is quite basic but is what we needed for a ski trip. The electricity in the hotel occasionally cut out some evenings, but overall the stay is great value for money!

Fantastic small hotel, 4 minutes walk to the Grandvalira ski facility, less than 1 minute from the main Pas de la Casa Bus Station. The bar and restaurant is excellent serving the best food we had anywhere in the resort, top quality drinks brands on offer, very comfortable setting, there is also a restaurant and bar above the ground level facilities which serves all day and is the breakfast venue, breakfast is superb . Lift or stairs to rooms above, the rooms are adequate, warm and clean with a reasonable shower, each level has lockers for ski equipment. What really makes this establishment shine is the staff, Julio and his team are fantastic, courteous and friendly and extremely friendly with younger families, they made our holiday!!! We are definitely returning next year, February 2023, and will be staying at the wonderful Hotel Merino, thank you everyone at this establishment, you are the best!!

Clean, friendly staff, great value

Basic but reasonable value for money - although they insisted they had not been paid by Hotels.com and we had to pay again.

Room was a little small, breakfast had plenty of choices. Unfortunately one member of staff didn’t acknowledge the happy hour offer on our bill and refused to discuss it.

It was very very central which was our main concern and hotel merino definitely delivered! The locker space for our skis was excellent and very close to our room. Fresh towels every morning and breakfast was standard enough!

Very good location. In general the hotel is very good. Breackfast is very good. Near to ski facilities.

Hotel was close to the ski hire shops and ski lifts.

Great little budget hotel, comfy beds, great selection at breakfast, very convenient for slopes, eating out and transfer pick-up point. Ski lockers provided although we rented one next to the lift as we had kids with us.

We stayed here for skiing and would definitely stay again. Small rooms but they were clean, comfortable and the breakfast which was included was very good. Staff were friendly. Ski lockers are included in the room rate should you wish to save money and walk up the hill each morning with your gear.

Hotel was only 2 star so it reflected that rating but the bar was tiny and the drink selection very limited. Staff were helpful and friendly. Decor is tired looking.

Lovely staff , clean rooms but very basic , ideal for someone skiing all day

Nice 2☆ hotel, you get what you pay for. A little tired around the edges but clean, warm and comfy. Breakfast was good, staff pleasant and helpful, 5 min walk to the slopes.

Very friendly and welcoming. The room were basic but good value, clean and made up daily. Nice and close to the ski lifts and shops. Breakfast was good. Great Wi-fi. Would definitely return.

Small, it's not a real hotel. It's more like hostel Bacik breakfest

The rooms are simple but look pretty new. The continental breakfast is actually pretty good and will fill you up before a day of skiing. Location is great, about a 3 minute walk to the lift tickets booths and slopes. Each room has their own gear locker that are accessible through the elevator. Nice service overall!

The customer service was fantastic at the hotel, and the location is right near the slopes and shops. The beds could be a bit better quality but it was perfect for our ski trip. It was -10C outside but we still slept with the window open due to the super dry air.
