Friendly staff, good location.

The staff were very gentle and considerate. One staff member offered me tickets to the "Memories of Hoi An" show. She said she had been there before and loved it. I listened to her and bought a ticket. It was indeed a wonderful show. This isn't a compliment to the show, but rather to the staff member who recommended it to me. Regarding the room: The air conditioning cooled the room quite quickly. The TV was a bit old, so you needed to figure out a few tricks to get it working (turning it off and on again). The internet connection was sometimes fast, sometimes slow. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities. I had a fantastic three-day stay. Thank you!

Everything was great, the staff were enthusiastic, the breakfast was delicious and suited my taste, and everything was handled with great support. It's close to the city center, making it easy to find places to visit and things to do. One drawback: the wooden stairs were a bit uncomfortable on the feet. The room prices were reasonable, allowing for a relaxing stay and plenty of fun.

Hotel is in a good location: near the night market and old town. The room is big, although it may seem outdated. Buffet breakfast is delicious, and you can try all mix of Western and Vietnamese cuisine.

The staff stared at the guests when they chose their breakfast, making them uncomfortable! There was no elevator in the room, which was inconvenient! The hotel was old and damp in many areas due to the large amount of wooden furniture! The bathroom door had an unsealed gap, which was inconvenient.

Loved it so much. The receptionist are friendly. The room super clean. The location is the best. And the breakfast is buffet that love so much. So many to choose from even though there are only 10 rooms in the hotel and not all occupied. Will stay here again for sure in the future.

The staff is very friendly. Good location near ancient town. No need to choose room view because only has neighbor roof view.
