I've stayed at the Lighthouse Apartment Building before, and that's why I returned. The location, size, and amenities were all perfectly adequate for me. However, this time, something was different during check-in. It turned out the apartment I'd booked wasn't under Imagine Lighthouse, but Lumina Lighthouse, even though the apartment I booked and the confirmation I received stated Imagine Lighthouse. I don't know what the problem was, but because of this, I couldn't get service from Imagine Lighthouse management, even though I'd stated I'd arrive at the location at 7 a.m. Melbourne time. I had to wait almost two hours before finally, after several communications via the app, Imagine Lighthouse Management, and a phone call to Lumina Lighthouse Management, a representative from Lumina Lighthouse met me, quickly and smoothly checked me in, and handed me the keys to the apartment, allowing me to rest after my all-night flight. According to information I've gathered, some apartments in the Lighthouse Apartment Building are managed by Imagine Lighthouse Management and others by Lumina Lighthouse Management (I'm not aware of any other management companies besides the two I mentioned). I don't know which one is managed by who, but I do know that I booked through an app called Imagine Lighthouse. Aside from the aforementioned issues, my stay at the Lighthouse Apartment was generally pleasant.

The stay was truly amazing and the staff there was very helpful! They were up even at nights and helped me with service at 1 am! Would definitely say that it 's the best value for your money in the city!

The view its good. But to many dust and dirty.

The management did not really care about two lifts broken not operational, leaving only two operational for over 50 floors and too many guest … It did not make sense, the broken lift the way saw it just left unserviced or repaired … the front office just could not give any answer. This was not their fault. There must be regulation on customer service on basic facilities, such as lifts, the apartment should inform all travel agents for the problem so they can stop taking guests while under repair or inform incoming guest should they wish changing hotel …. The housekeeping should be trained more I making beds. The neatness far below hotel standard. Am so sorry this service apartment failed on the basic service they are obligated to provide …. Hope the management can learn and will do better … that was embarrassing for the service apartment industry in Melbourne cbd …. Once again, I am sorry for giving so a blunt review.

Room is good but the phone inside rang me about 2 am! I don't know what just happened and no walkway for suitcases.

⭐️5 star for this apartment. The daily clean was good. Location is good - near queen victoria market. The view from your room is fantastic - depends on which room you choose. Staff were friendly, the room was large and well-equipped, including a washing/ dryer machine, large fridge and cooking facilities.

The location 's perfect! The apartment 's new so everything still clean and neat, the only badside is just they don't vacuum the carpet and change the bedsheet during my 7 days stay, the housekeeper only throw the bins and change the towel, but other else than that everything was great!

Great view from the sky apartment. Do note that this apartment is a strata title and imagine only owns the top two floors/penthouse area so make sure you do book from them as it is owned by individual owners/parties. Lady at the reception was extremely helpful on sorting out my deposit that was unable to use the card. Good location as it is right smack in the city with lots of asian food and supermarkets in the city. Drawbacks; 1. The appliance does not work well especially for the washer/dryer that makes terrible noises when you are washing and drying. When complained to the front desk, the guy replied it curtly which definitely a no-no in the service line. 2. Prior the day before I asked the guy at reception via phone call about deposit, and told me that cannot do with cash if we don't have a credit not helpful and definitely rude when he said “definitely cannot help you with that”. Please use a better service line for rejections
