Very friendly and accommodating staff. Place was very convenient for me for a work-related trip. Just that it could use a bit more TLC in some places. Still a very good stay.

There was no fridge and way to boil water in the shared kitchen area. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

Great overnighter..had a 13hr layover. Still a great location if you want a bed and breakfast in Rome. Bed and breakfast owner "Marcos" called local restaurant and asked that they served me food, eventhough they were closed.

Ok for an overnight..bed is uncomfortable..squeaky when you sit or turn over..bathroom needs repairs..coffee is in a small thermos..not hot..perhaps a boiled egg ..breakfast wasn't good..walk to restaurant and beach..

No soap or shampoo in bathroom, not even a proper shower curtain. Bed was creeking and was uncomfrtable. The water boiling vessel was not cleaned after used previously, it has milk remains at the bottom. Coffee in breakfast was cold and there is nothing much of a breakfast but just aome pkcged stuff.

Check in was really easy and Marco told me exactly how to catch the bus the next day. I was within walking distance to the beach and a few eating spots. The room was bright, spacious and clean. Thank you!

This is a great location to the Rome International Airport, just about 20 minutes away. Simple accommodations, located in a quiet neighborhood near the shore. Convenience at a bargain price. Clean place and friendly property owner.

Love the places and love how ar it was from the beach

Despite an initial issue upon arrival, the host was incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing me to check in smoothly. The facilities were excellent, with a clean and comfortable bathroom and bed. Everything was well-maintained, making my stay pleasant. I had no trouble leaving in the morning to catch my flight back to Edinburgh. To begin, direction to the property was not so great. Booking was for 2 people we got 1 set of towels. The guy who was on site was pleasant. Lots of noise from people upstairs! This property is good if you only need a bed and shower for a night and return to the airport.

I was lucky to stay at this friendly B&B. I was looking for someplace quiet and near the airport, but I didn't know anything about this area. Frangene can be easily reached from the train station by going to the airport and then taking the airport bus that runs to Frangene. It's a seaside town with a beach vibe. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and nextdoor to a unique historic (1968) architectural experiment, "casa Sperimentale". A pleasant surprise. My room was large, comfortable, and clean. There's a supermarket, bars, and restaurants nearby. I also enjoyed walking in the parks and the neighborhood. Just what I was looking for before heading home.
