The room was good and clean, and the beds comfortable. The service was so-so. The managment sometimes seems to be more concerned with guests following hotel rules than with their comfort.

The spacious room and comfortable bed made it a great experience. We didn’t try their meal due to the high price, but we’ll try it next time to see if it’s worth it.

Only setback is the location. The dinner at rooftop was not back at all either actually. The buffet dinner can be costly though.

Very roomy, great views, and the spa and pool on 1st floor were wonderful. Very nice facility.

Good place to rest

Since it is a little distance away from a city center, the hotel offers very quiet environment. The hotel is on a top of a cliff that offers great view and has a great buffet restaurant with tasty dishes and very reasonable price.

A very good view. We had the partial lake view. I like the towel and bathrobe. The service of the front office are commendable. Specifically, when they let me use the business center for my online meeting. As a hospitality professor, they are very professional. However, not that sound proof. We heard the banging of the door from other rooms. Great staycation!

늦은 휴가 다녀왔습니다. 항상 갈 때마다 애들과 놀 것도 많고 경치도 깡패고, 도보로 올라갈 때 빼고는 흠 잡을데가 없습니다. 스카이라운지 카페 쥬스 가격 제외하면 전반적으로 큰 불만 없습니다.

Location-wise, the hotel has great ocean view. Their spa was great as well. The room was spacious and clean but too few furnitures feeling like empty space. It was a bit inconvenient with two few usable power outlets for charging electronics. Reception staff was fast and efficient but in hurry to wrap up the reception. These made me uncomfortable to continue my questions. To note, the lobby was very bright and spacious but somewhat stinky like sewage smells that I still don’t know what it was. This place will be more attentive if they pay attention in a bit of details. Their sunrise view at rooftop garden was really amazing.

This hotel’s accommodation was okay but early check in generates too much extra cost. I mean why not let us getting in early if your room is ready already?

성수기라서 이그제큐티브 룸 2박에 백만원 조금 넘게 지불하고 예약했습니다. 호텔즈닷컴 8년 넘게 사용하고, 여행도 많이 다닙니다. 사이트에서 더블베드 2개있고, 어린이 3인 어른 2인 숙박 가능한 거 확인하고 예약완료했습니다. 체크인하는데 직원분이 다짜고짜 4인이상 숙박 불가라고 해서 당황했습니다. 사이트 확인하고 예약했다고 했더니 그럴리가 없다고 사이트 보여달라고 해서, 보여줬더니 이건 사이트에서 맘대로 올린거고 호텔에서는 이런 문구를 넣었을리가 없다고 하더군요. 사이트랑 호텔이 어떻게 홍보를 하건 간에 일단 나는 비용 지불하고 예약했는데, 이게 무슨 일이냐고 했더니 한참 있다가 “4만원 추가비용 내세요” 라고 하더라고요. 제대로 된 호텔이었으면,”잠시만 기다려 주세요.”라고 하고 사이트 찾아보고 초과인원 매뉴얼 확인한 다음에 “1인 초과시 1박 당 2만원 추가 비용이 있습니다. 체크인 해 드릴까요?” 라고 했을거고, 4만원 내고 끝났을텐데, 숙박 불가라고하다가 사이트 찾아서 보여달라고 하다가, 호텔에서 절대 그런 문구 안 쓴다고 이건 호텔스닷컴에서 잘못한 거라고 하다가 마지막에 추가 비용 내라고… 고객응대 과정이 호텔이라고 하기에는 너무 저급하네요. 객실도 오래되서 들떠있는 바닥재에 욕실 물때, 저렴한 마감재. 무엇보다 그 직원분 한 사람 때문에 다시는 여기 갈일이 없을 듯 합니다. 호텔 서비스업에도 종사해 본 적이 있어서 웬만하면 감사히 지내다 오는데, 여기는 정말 기본도 안 되어있는 곳이어서 리뷰 남깁니다. 최악이에요.
