The room was great, lots of space and balcony was fabulous. The sea view wasn’t quite what shows in pictures. We know it’s end of summer but hotel advertises restaurant open for breakfast lunch and dinner along with beach bar. Only breakfast served. Everything else rolled up. I would have appreciated notes on hotel indicating they shut down restaurant and bar at end of season. I book places based on location and amenities. The breakfast was good selection but cold because they don’t use anything to keep food warm. By end of stay the tomatoes and cucumbers had been put out so many times they were shriveled up and pretty sure coffee was not made fresh daily. Not sure I would stay here again in season.

Close to ferry terminal. Our room was neither a suite nor ocean view. Breakfast was near the beach. We were in a below street level room which had a bit of a sewer odor. Many restaurants and a grocery store nearby so location is good.

Rooms are fine, but if you are expecting something like a regular hotel with service and all time reception, this is not for you! Phone of the place is blocked! Can be contacted only on WhatsApp, but how do I suppose to know that...? Amenities are minimal. Do not let the photos on the booking page to fool you; the only thing you can see from your balcony is very little of the sea. You will see mostly the parking below the building and the roof of the restaurant. The reason for this is very simple: the whole place is located ONLY on the first floor of a high building. They have only 8 rooms on one floor. The people who runs the place are very friendly, like most people in this lovely country. Breakfast is o.k Parking on site, that is great and nice direct access to the beach. No services like laundry. Overall, it is a fine place.

Tani, who runs the hotel is a great guy. Everything was as advertised and I would highly recommend. On the day we left, our bus to Kosovo wasn’t until 3pm and it was no problem leaving our bags behind the desk while we went to eat. I hadn’t realized I had left a good number of clean socks and underwear in the top draw, when I came back one of the women there had put them in a separate plastic bag for me and left it on top on my bag. Nice touch!

Staff were very friendly and very helpful, Town centre only a 10 to 15 minute walk away. Nice restuarant around the corner. Room Fantastic size. View from room and balcony brilliant. Breakfast was basic, Breakfast room lacked atmosphere, but we will definately be happy to stay here again.

Big clean room with ocean view. Great value. Only thing was some minor after-hours construction noise. Goes with this neighborhood and the country in general. I’d stay at Oceanic again. Convenient to walking to town and ferry terminal.

New and Beautiful Hotel. Well decorated, large rooms, balcony with an ocean view and its own beach and restaurant. Staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful. Francesca who is manager was always smiling and willing to offer assistance and information. This place is a gem. Breakfast was ample and delicious; walking distance to center or promenade. Free parking and close to ferries to Corfu. We totally enjoyed it and can't say enough good things about the managers and staff. So happy we stayed there.

Room was excellent - fantastic view and exactly as photos depict. Spotless throughout with friendly staff. The breakfast is fresh, although it would be nice to be able to see the sea from the breakfast room. Highly recommend the Alban restaurant in front of the hotel too. Delicious food and very reasonable. Will definitely return, thank you for a great stay 😀

Room is large and seaview from the balcony. Despite the room is large, no sofa or chair which you could take a rest. Only 5 rooms on the ground floor, upper floors are still in construction, a bit odd.

We have traveled all around the world, and can happily say that this was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The rooms are large, beds comfortable, views wonderful, food excellent, service superb. Tani, the owner of the hotel, is always on hand to help, give advice and chat with. Other highlights are Tyson the dog and the singing finches. The beach is one minute walk away with free lounge chairs and the hotel’s restaurant and cafe on the beach is surprisingly one of the best in the town. Check out Blue Eye spring and Ksamil beach and islands. Overall an outstanding experience.

The Suite we had was beautifully finished with high quality materials. The lay out was excellent with a large bed/sit, beautiful bathroom with very good shower - hot water ++ and a lovely twin bedded room for extra guests. The bed was very comfortable and we ate breakfast on our balcony overlooking Corfu.Properties in the area were undergoing building, but noise did not disturb our stay

Though unfinished, the property looked like the nicest apartment building in the vicinity. It was a couple of minutes drive from the port. Our two bedroom suite had full ocean view and was quite roomy. The suite had a small balcony and new, modern deco. It provided very decent breakfast. Steps down, there was a very nice beach bar-restaurant, Alban. We would soon pay a return visit and gladly stay at this hotel again.
