The staff were excellent, very helpful. Food let the hotel down. Breakfast buffet ok… had dinner in one of the restaurants which was 5/10 . Hotel dated and a little tatty in places

I have been there several times and their standards have remained constant which is highly commendable

Room door handle dropped off, but otherwise can’t fault our stay; lovely staff, great facilities (shuttle bus a helpful touch) with loads to do with the kids. Cant wait to come back for a longer stay.

Great staff lovely hotel

The room didn't have a bathrobe and a hairdryer. Reported both, waited but no luck. Ended up going to the main hotel reception to ask for a bathrobe to use at the spa and drying the hair at the health club at 7am. Otherwise, all good, the spa complex was really worth visiting.

Beautiful hotel, pool and grounds. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious evening meal and cooked breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

The place is MASSIVE! Lots going on, lots of places to see. Free shuttle bus between the main hotel and the outer restaurants/venues (book at reception or from your room).,

The breakfast was very disappointing. I usually treat myself to some fresh fruit then smoked salmon and scrambled egg when I stay away from home. None looked appetising so I had a yogurt.

Great venue. Breakfast was superb. Just a bit disappointed that so many of the bars and restaurants on the facility are closed at this time of year. Place seemed busy enough to open a few more places up.

Breakfast was served in the main hotel, as the breakfast sometimes served in PAD for Manor House guests was closed. Breakfast was brilliant and sausages a stand out. Four poster room in the Manor House was great, nicely decorated and comfortable. Only niggle was getting ice from both room service and main hotel bar was near impossible. The handbook in the room said ice machines on every floor, which was clearly only the main hotel and not the Manor House. Tried then getting ice from room service who sent only an ice bucket pointless. Then went to the main hotel bar Merlin’s where bar staff questioned me where the ice was going. I’ve never had to justify why or where I wanted ice in a hotel. Use of the forum spa was fantastic and both relaxing and enjoyable. Lots of space and wasn’t too busy through our stay which was a bonus. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend to all.

Good breakfast but dining room was too far away from where we were staying. Staff ok. Room old and worn out could do with updating

Every member of staff were fantastic. Only down side was being charged £.45 for a pint of tap water.

The Manor house could do with uogradev

Rooms were emaculately clean. Didnt book breakfast as thought £16.50 each bit pricey and then £13.50 parking a big much. Z biv issue we had is tgat aircon would not go to lower temp stuck on 25 so wife was hot all night and dudnt sleep that well

The facilities in this hotel are brilliant, the staff cannot do enough to please you. The fact i got a complimentary upgrade made it even better. Will return again.

Good nights sleep and the breakfast was good as well

Only downside with our visit was only 1 of the 3 lifts was working. With it being easter weekend the hotel was very busy and we had to wsit a long time for the 1 lift working
