Awesome place to stay in Granada! Excellent location - right in the heart of things on Plaza Mayor and right across from the Cathedral. Nice courtyard and pool areas. Great breakfast included. The staff were super helpful. Would highly recommend!

Great central location secure and very friendly staff. I did not eat there but the bartender make very good drinks.

The staff was nice, helpful, and friendly, but I will never stay here again! This place is more like a hostel. The rooms were nasty; the bathroom smelled like public bathrooms. The outside of the hotel has hanging chairs, which are nice for sitting outside and enjoying the night breeze; if they would update the rooms, it would be a beautiful hotel.

Great location across from the Central park . Typical style rooms for the area. Quick check in with bag storage available. Would stay there again.

We stayed in a suite. It was really spacious, and pretty comfortable. The pool is nice. It's a bit shallow, but that didn't bother me. I didn't have time to use any of the spa services unfortunately. Parque Central is right outside. It was really loud at night, and also early in the morning, but that's not the hotel's fault

Rooms need some maintenance

The suite I rented is nothing compared to the photos. The suite was dirty. The bathrooms were dirty. The air conditioning did not work. My stay was terrible.

This is mainly a hostel focused on budget travellers, however, there are double rooms with a bathroom available, too. Don’t buy food and drinks at this hostel as they are heavily overpriced. You can dine and drink half price elsewhere. On the other hand you can purchase some local trips, transports and various activities at the reception at a reasonable cost. The hostel looks quite dated and the room equipment is poor. I still liked the pool and vibes. The breakfast included was reasonable.

Took us 40 minutes to check in. We are Nicaraguan locals and there was a clear preference from the staff to check in foreigners faster, whilst leaving us locals to the side. Coming back to the hostel late at night we were also stopped and asked to once again show proof of our stay through our IDs and hotel bracelets (which we already had on) while foregneirs walked in without trouble.

Private rooms do not get wifi signal- if you plan to work remotely while you’re there, don’t expect to be able to do it from your desk. The coworking space was booked for two full days for a private event so dozens of remote workers were scrambling to find somewhere to work without any notice. This was the worst hostel I have ever stayed at the kitchen water kept going out so for three days, we cannot cook the toilet flooded. The air conditioner went out one of the cleaning ladies stole out of my luggage and to use the stove. You have to use a lighter in one of my attempts to do that a giant flame ignited which led to me getting burned and they issued me a refund and tried to convince me to please not write a review on it, also it took almost 4 days for the supervisor to reach out to me once I made these complaints and there’s an extreme mosquito problem I would not recommend I have traveled around the world and this is literally the worst place I’ve ever stayed I rather have stayed in a trashcan

Initially I booked for just 2 nights. I left to an Airbnb that unfortunately bamboozled me and my people. Therefore, we found ourselves returning. We loved it at this property. From the welcome drink, yoga class twice a day, massages - excellent food! the Cauliflower Wings were my favorite on the menu. Yet, not always accessible. :( The excursion facilitated made everything super convenient! In my experience their prices are also better than the individuals outside the facility trying to sell you something. Yet, We did meet some people who found a better deal than us. The 1st time I stayed in a deluxe which was really night. I wish I had hot water. I found out the hot water is heated through a solar system. It was pretty cloudy the time I was there. The 2nd time I returned after the incident with the airbnb I was in a suite in the back of the facility. that area was super loud at night vs the area I had the deluxe. Victor the yoga instructor is amazing!!! I sincerely wish I could take his class everywhere I go. I will say it is an advance yoga practice. He is truly my favorite instructor yet, his attention to detail and teaching style hold a special place for us to challenge ourselves and build more trust with ourselves. Excellent value; right on the main square of this historic city.

Loved the property the staff and food. It was clean and in the center of everything! They offer great tours and shuttles that will save you tons of money!
