It’s Good for a short periods, the Beach is vert close.

The room and property have an incredible ocean view and in excellent condition. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable with fast wi-fi even with full kitchen, a laundry machine but no dryer. It is in a very quiet neighborhood on a steep hill. Make sure using the lowest gear to drive all the way to the top. There are a lot to do nearby including beautiful beaches and grill place and short distance to Victoria. We would definitely come back.

Stayed 7 nights in Executive Deluxe double room. Staff and a manager were very kind and caring. The owners Brian and Beryl arranged a return taxi from/to airport, car hire for a duration of our stay and a dinner on our arrival. We've been feeling in the hotel like to be at home. We've received a lot of useful information and good advices. Excelent hotel. Highly recomend to stay in this hotel.

The property is on top of a hill. You wakeup to sunrise and the view of the ocean. Brian was exceptional. His hospitality was above expectation. I felt like I was at my nice uncle's villa.

With my wife and a my baby we tried for the first time a gesthouse and it was very good experience. Very good place, very good services and freindly owner. I recommand this place.

It was truly amazing! Our host Brian & Buryl we’re absolutely great. So very kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

Just had a very relaxing two weeks at Glacis Heights. Brian could not have been more helpful with suggestions, tips and general help. The villas is situated five minutes walk from a two small cove beaches and most of the time these were like private beaches to ourselves. Take advantage of the hire cars here as they are the cheapest on the island and readily available, without the need to travel to another agent. We would have no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone.

Made us hugely welcome and gave us very informative introduction to the area as first time visitors. Brian was able to arrange airport transport and car hire at a competitive price and was much appreciated. We look forward to a return visit.

This guesthouse does not have WiFi and the self service apartment only had AC in half of the apartment. There is no Nespresso as the photos show, only Neacafé

Beginning with our wonderful and affable owner/ hosts to the warm and friendly staff, to the carefully and beautifully designed guest house, everything about Glacis Heights Villa exceeded all expectations. The Villa has wonderful views and the rooms are comfortable, clean and we'll appointed. Breakfast was perfect and the materials used throughout the Villa are of the highest quality. Our hosts, Beryl and Brian made us feel like family and we're extremely helpful and thoughtful. We regretted having to leave the Seychelles and Glacis Heights Villa.

This is a small but expanding guest house with a great mix of warmth and professionalism. In case you are trying to find the guest house on your own (don't -- arrange for one of their excellent drivers to pick you up from the airport) , it is up a steep hill from the main coastal road, through a gate next to the Vimal market store. Although the hill is very steep, the climb only lasts two or three minutes so it is doable for anyone in reasonable shape. There are amazing views from the rooms and common areas: enjoy the fruit bats, the trees, the sea, and the view of Silhouette Island. The owners are really friendly and helpful -- they may even offer to drive you one way to dinner if you don't have a car. Breakfast on the big open air balcony is a treat. The common areas are attractive. There is a small pool, but better to walk down the hill to the small, almost private beach. Absolutely beautiful space, like a smaller, much less crowded version of the famous Anse Lazio on Praslin Island. There is decent snorkeling right off coast. There is a great restaurant up the road, about a 7 minute walk away or you can go into Beau Vallon for dinner and take a cab or bus back (last bus around 9 p.m.). To go into Victoria, you can take buses either direction as they go both ways around the Northern peninsula and Glacis is about halfway around. Not too hard to get around Mahe by bus. Only problem with Villa is : inconsistent WiFi. Please fix. Otherwise, wonderful! .

Beautiful place and absolutely amazing with sunset from the balcony. Eunice was very helpful and professional. The room was large and everything worked well. Yes, it is steep up to the house, but the view is unbeatable. Either way, take a taxi or rent a car from Eunice. The property also has a nice swimming pool which we used after a long day at the beach. Some nice beaches within walking distance, and not least a short drive to Beau Vallon by car or taxi. Short walk to a grocery store is also convenient. The breakfast could have som improvement but it’s not bad. Highly recommend this place.

Appartamento con tutti i confort. Terrazzo con vista meravigliosa sullo splendido mare di Mahè. Piscina aperta fino alle 10.00 pm Vicino una spiaggia stupenda, fortunatamente poco conosciuta. Vicino anche alle fermate dei bus che portano sia a Victoria che a nord Mahè. Ottima attenzione al cliente da parte di tutti i dipendenti. Migliorabile la colazione. L'unico aspetto negativo per chi come noi non ha affittato un'auto è la ripida salita che conduce all'hotel.

Fantastic view from the balcony, helpful host and a warm welcome, the driveway was not for a nervous person, extremely steep and the Hyudani I10 was struggeling. Nice hotel room.
