The host, David, was very welcoming and helpful with local details. The breakfasts were plentiful and tasty. The location of the property is just a short walk from the village centre where there are plenty of options for daytime and evening meals. The rooms are small but well decorated with a feeling of quality. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

A wonderful location, safe, quiet, and peaceful. A 10 minute walk to shopping and great restaurants in Bourton-on-the-water, a picturesque village. The Coombe House was decorated nicely. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. David was a very gracious and helpful host. We enjoyed the breakfast room, with the tables set up nicely and a big window to look out with a beautiful view of the garden area. I liked that we were able to check off our breakfast choices on a menu David provided for us the night before. We had plenty to eat, and it was delicious. David served us well, and we enjoyed good conversation with him and the other guests.

We had a wonderful stay at Coombe House. The house is very comfortable and the breakfasts were excellent. And the location was perfect… But what really made the difference was the host and owner, David. From the time of our arrival to our departure we felt more like we were visiting a friend rather than staying at an inn. David knows how to be personal without seeming intrusive and we really enjoyed talking with him. Coombe House is a nice hub for visiting the Cotswold region and David is really a nice person to share some time with. Thank you very much David!

Our second time staying at Coombe house was excellent David is the perfect host and nothing is too much trouble for him Very knowledgeable about the area and has great recommendations Will try and book again but you have to be quick because David and Coombe house is popular lovely place to stay

This is a very good b And b in bourton- centrally located with parking ( like gold!) host looks after you , great breakfasts, very good location for cotswolds

The Coombe House experience with our host David was simply amazing. He greeted us with outstanding hospitality and made us feel welcomed and at home. Our room and breakfast was top-notch. Our bed and shower welcoming and relaxing. David provides a first class experience for all his guests. My wife and I have stayed at many hotels and B&B’s over the years but the Coombe House is #1. When in the Cotswolds, I would definitely recommend staying there.

Coombe House B and B is beautifully appointed and perfectly situated in a quiet location just a short stroll from Bourton on the Water. David was the perfect host, welcoming us on arrival with tea and cake. He clearly enjoys chatting with his guests, making us feel at home straight away. His local knowledge was very helpful along with making sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. Our en suite room was very well equipped with many thoughtful touches.Everything we could have wished for. Breakfast was very well organised with everything freshly cooked to order and beautifully presented. Even fresh flowers on the table. Plenty of choice with quality ingredients - what more could you ask for. Thank you David for your hospitality and humour.

A great welcome by David. Convenient for local services but in a quiet location. Parking secure at the back of the property. Rooms were small but clean well stocked with tea,coffee,etc.

Coombe House catered for every need, the rooms were clean and spacious and had everything within. Amazing B&B just outside the center of Bourton-on-the-Water! It's a short walk to the attractions and restaurants in the village but very quiet at night. David is an amazing host and makes excellent English breakfast! Highly recommend this B&B!
