Beautiful old style charming property that exceeded my expectations.

My recent stay at Royal Rooms in Sitges was absolutely delightful! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. As an English speaker who also speaks Spanish, I truly appreciated their bilingual fluency, making communication effortless and enjoyable. Check-in was a breeze, and I was provided with a comprehensive map and invaluable tourist information, which really enhanced my exploration of the beautiful town. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable weekend stay. The daily cleaning service was top-notch, maintaining the room's pristine condition throughout my visit. Check-out was equally smooth, and the staff graciously allowed me to store my luggage as I had a later flight. This thoughtful gesture made my final day in Sitges much more relaxed and enjoyable. The overall atmosphere at Royal Rooms was warm and friendly, with staff consistently going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Royal Rooms to anyone visiting Sitges, and I certainly wouldn't think twice about staying there again myself. Highly recommended!

They need to spend some money on upkeeping the property as it is somewhat tired. The beds need replacing if you want to pamper your guests. Very small and hard. Linens need work as well.

Excellent staff, rooms were a bit tiny

This was the second time I stayed at this Hotel. It is in a great location. The staff were amazing everyday. Danny, Lulé and the other two gentleman are absolutely genuine. They were always smiling and very helpful on what to do in Sitges. I give them all 10/10

This place is super nice. The staff were excellent and very helpful... The young man at the front desk was awesome. 10/10. The owner and his dog were fun and the breakfast was super. Close to beach and everything else....

Lovely little trip back in time to grandmas house. Not for those that want quiet nights sleep. Rubbish collection, street cleaning all take place from midnight then again at 6am. Service makes this place special and was exceptional.

Truly a one of a kind experience to rest and wake up as a Royal. Sitges Royal Rooms hotel exceeded expectations. Although I was fortunate to have a bottom level floor, I booked the night prior and the room was already ready, pristine, the AC worked great, TV had Olympic viewing channels, comfy bed, and the walk in rain shower, rooftop terrace and delightful breakfast were fabulous. Thanks again.

This review is specifically for the single bed room upstairs. It is extremely small though very clean. My main issues were the noise and lack of heat at night when I was there in February.

This hotel deserves a 6-star review. The owner and one of the staff, Danny, were the nicest and friendliest (so was their cute dog). You can tell the owner has put a lot of efforts into maintaining the establishment. I loved the decor. Breakfast was delicious and there were various choices daily. Undoubtedly I will return when I get a chance.

Everything was great only think no elevators.

This place gives you a wow factor. A beautiful old colonial house converted into a small boutique style hotel. You are transported back in time from the minute you enter. The decor is stunning in both public areas and rooms. Very comfy bed huge terrace and exceptional customer service. Could not fault them on anything. Highly recommend.

The staff extremely friendly and respectful. The room although preserved very well needs a little touch up. Reasonably clean. Food is very good.

Excellent service, staff, cute dog, and friendly owner. Beds and rooms are comfortable . Patio is gorgeous. Breakfast is small and simple - just 2 eggs and a slice of bacon, cross any toast, yogurt. don’t rely on it as a way to skip lunch.

Don’t stay here if you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet stay. That’s what I was looking for and was assured of by email but received the opposite. I checked out early after one night (I was supposed to stay 6 nights). The train is around the corner, which made for frequent loud noise and disturbance all day and night. They also play loud music in the garden that can be heard throughout the hotel from 6:30pm until after midnight. These details weren’t disclosed to me regardless of my request for a quiet stay. In that same email I was told housekeeping came everyday, but upon arrival I was informed it was every third day. Breakfast is supposed to be served at 8:30am, but it seemed to happen after that hour whenever the staff was able to get themselves organized. Why have a schedule if it’s not followed? There was also an aggressive dog that barked and growled at me in the garden. Not cool. I should feel safe and not scared. Last, the outdoor furniture, the garden area and the rooftop were dingy and shabby. I definitely wouldn’t want to lounge or hangout anywhere. The jacuzzi also had dark residue on the bottom. Sand maybe? Gross. This place reminds me more of a hostel than a hotel. It’s sad when a hotel perceives itself one way online then in person it’s totally different. Deception at its finest.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sitges Royal Rooms! My room was fantastic: lovely antiques, quiet and a very nice size. The staff was so weans helpful. Breakfast in the garden was a perfect way to start my days.

Very quiet and well kept property and unique style of decoration made you feel like you were staying in a princess room, staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was very well served and good, Most important safe and clean property perfect for family home away from home!

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS LIFE CHANGING. The staff is incredibly kind, the breakfast is delicious, and the place is clean and private. The garden is beautiful and I couldn’t recommend it any more. My kids and I will stay here every time we come to Barcelona!
