The room was ok but it was a lots of noises from the reception, and the phones ringing constatly.

It was just ok. You get only the bare minimum of essentials . 2 towels 1 for each of you and only 1 hand towel. That’s it. There is not enough plug ins , so hence there is no coffee pot in the room. It could be a real nice hotel if it was better appointed.

Was not clear the access to beach club was 30 mins driving, the hotel is not in the water, however is a walkable distance

Very nice hotel with limited rooms. Walking distance to beach and promenade. Restaurants nearby. Very clean and tidy. Staff was very good. Small fridge in room, no restaurant, yet. Coffee available at front desk for 50 pesos....would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room like most other hotels.

There is no breakfast served here. There is no restaurant.

Room bathroom was dirty in shower. Restaurant and pool bar was not open bothering days. We left the second day. No water line they said you got. Terrible experience

Très bon hôtel pour le prix. Grande chambre très propre avec une grande fenêtre. Personnel très gentil, toujours prêt à répondre aux questions. Très tranquille la nuit. À un coin de rue de la plage, un peu plus loin que le bout du malecon. Une quinzaine de minutes de marche du centre de la ville - pour moi c'est un point positif parce que c'est plus tranquille et il y a moins de gens sur la plage à cet endroit. Pas beaucoup de restos dans ce coin, mais on ne pas tout avoir. J'y reviendrais.

Check in was great and very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Location is very good. Close to the beach and bars and restaurants nearby. Not far from the eastern end of the Malekon

Very nice colonial style hotel with a very short walk to the beach/ Malecon. Hotel offers breakfast that I recommend, affordable and will help start your morning. Truly a gem in the area. Will definitely use it again for my visits in Progresso Yucatan.

Great shape for a colonial style building. It sais 1925 on the entrance so maybe thats Victorian era. Very friendly and attentive staff that speak good English. High ceilings which we loved. 5 minute walk to the malecon. Quiet and private pool area. Will be stayin here again.

Customer service was great/very friendly and welcoming. The chef received us that night and cooked breakfast in the morning. Very nice gentleman, great customer service and excellent chef, food was delicious!

Tge balcony was excellent and the staff was great. It felt a little abandoned, the bar by tge pool was closed and I thought it should have been busier. It was nice and quiet

Staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. Rooms could use some updates. Overall a pleasant stay
