The reception staff were great. The lobby looks nice enough. We weee able to get street parking and the neighbourhood was safe. However, the curtains in our room were very old and tattered…that couple with the paint gave a bit of a jail vibe. This can be overlooked but the noise was awful. The walls must be made of paper. We heard everyone in the hall and in the room next door. We could hear them clearly…not the faint sound of a mumble. And, I am sure they heard us early in the morning as we got ready to leave. The price is good but if you are a light sleeper, this is not for you.

Very helpful staff, easy parking by prior arrangements. 10 minutes walk from the old town of Salamanca. Very loud traffic noise for most of the night. There is nothing the hotel can do to resolve this. All other local hotels will suffer traffic noise. Continental breakfast was, at best, mediocre

O estacionamento é na rua e não se arranja perto. Os quartos são maus, mal insonorizados, não gostei nada. Estava quentinho, mas até a roupa de cama era má.

Chambre dans son jus espagnol d’il y a vingt ans mais ça avait son charme . Très bel accueil. Parfait pour une étape . Petit déjeuner suffisant !

Difícil aparcar en la zona. La habitación es muy amplia pero tanto el mobiliario como la decoración son muy obsoletos. El precio elevado para la calidad de las instalaciones. Las paredes son tan finas que pensé que el que el señor de la habitación contigua dormía con nosotros. Se escucha todo. Mecanismo de apertura de habitación anticuado. Siempre que volvíamos a la habitación la tarjeta estaba desprogramada. Menos mal que la atención y amabilidad del personal compensa.

La struttura ha bisogno di completare l arredamento , il personale è molto carino , disponibili e gentili, la zona è comoda . La colazione è buona

La chambre n’a pas de climatisation juste un ventilateur. L’homme de la réception me demande de payer la chambre alors que j’ai déjà payé sur le site. J’ai été obligé de justifier le paiement avec le reçu que j’ai reçu du site puis la confirmation du paiement par ma banque.
