Everything was great except the changing hot/cold showers

They were very kind and helpful at check in. Linens and bathroom were clean and they had one of those covers on the mattress so it prevents BB and it was very clean. Unfortunately there was a used water bottle in the room beside the bed between the table so maybe some lack of attention by housekeeping. Window wasn’t locked so I recommend checking. We were able to park in front of our door. Cute little fridge in room, kettle and coffee maker (but Tim Hortons is only a 2 min drive away). Both right beside highway and convenient and safe.

Great little spot on the way to your destination

I liked the little motel. It was right off the highway, but away from traffic. There is a barbecue restaurant close by if you get there before 7 PM.

Nice little motel just outside the town. Quiet. The room provided what we needed. We would stay there again. Oh, we did on the way back!😊

So thrilled I found this place-very clean-quiet,away from the dwntn strip.Great equipped rooms.

Staff was excellent, room was clean, and best part of all… no rowdy unruly guests.

Clean facilities, good value for your buck. Full size fridge and stove was great. Of course you had to bring utensils and pots but we were prepared. Overall decent place

Bugs, mold, smoke. Felt sketchy on arrival but gave it a chance due to all the good reviews and because we were exhausted. Lots of guys smoking right outside the door and pot smoke smell in the room. Visible mold in the bathroom (window, bath plug). Dirty kettle and fridge interior. Tried using the stove burner but burning smell started filling the room. As soon as the lights went out I felt something crawling on my arm, turned on the lights and it was a cockroach. Another cockroach on the floor as we packed to leave. Contacted Expedia for a refund and they said it’s up to the motel which wasn’t answering the phone. (Edit: The motel refused a refund). Ended up at the Comfort Inn in Belleville at 10:30pm and had a very nice stay.

It’s a clean and decent place. Good value for your $$. We stay there when we go to Cobourg. The cleaning lady is very nice.

Easy checkin and clean but the bathroom shows signs of weariness.

I checked out Monday and still haven't received my deposit!

My only complaint was the check-in woman who was absolutely rude. All I wanted to do was confirm there was a kettle in the Kitchenette room I had rented. Her first rude snap was 'I don't know" I confirmed I was getting the kitchenette which she confirmed but the kettle became an issue with her finally saying - very ignorantly - that we DON"T promise a kettle and if there isn't one there, I have none to give you. Although I checked while standing there and - yes - it says right in the description. She said she was going to look and IF I was right, she would change the description. First thing I saw when I finally got my room key? the kettle. I was pleased to see no smoking signs all over the property including right at the office door No Smoking within 25 feet of the building, but right below the sign was an ash try and every time we went in or out - Check in lady puffing on a cigarette with 3 feet of the building. Hypocrite. I will never go here again because of this absolutely rude woman. The place was lovely and clean but having to watch this woman walk past our window every 15 minutes with a butt in her mouth took away from being comfortable.
