The staff was absolutely 10/10 The hotel itself 10/10 Elevator was interesting but small. Wife and I are small so it doesn’t matter. 9/10 Overall experience. Honestly I think the elevator made it funnier. 11/10 Would stay again

Really great location: just off Blvd Haussmann, and within walking distance of several boulangeries, restaurants, stores, and Grand Magasins. Great staff (who dealt with a room booking issues quickly and without fuss). Note: the elevator is not for the claustrophobic! Only downside was the poor sound insulation: lack of double glazing meant street noise couldn't be ignored and thin walls/interconnecting doors meant that noisy guests caused a couple of interupted nights' sleep...

It's a small but clean hotel in the middle of shopping district in Paris. There are lots of restaurants and lively area. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well-maintained.

We had such a lovely stay! The staff were really friendly and helpful – they gave us a hand with our luggage at check-in and even let us keep the parking permit a bit longer so we could do some shopping after checking out. Everyone greeted us with a big smile, which made us feel so welcome. The room was spotless and well designed. It had everything we needed. The little touches made it feel cosy, and it was easy to get around even with our baby. The location was excellent – really close to lots of attractions, with plenty of restaurants and cafés just a short walk away.

Great stay. very hospitable. close to Metro. room was comfortable with proper shower. Room was a bit on the small size but comfortable. close to Opera and easy to get around all of Paris. staff went above and beyond. an excellent stay!

Beautiful little hotel in a great location. The rooms are renovated and very clean. The service is impeccable, super attentive and accommodating. I highly recommend it.

Very kind and helpful management & staff - excellent shopping at Gallery Lafayette - incl the best croissants ever at The Wine Gate (2nd fl of GL) just two blocks easy walk away via Blvd Haussman and tons of restaurants everywhere and on Blvd Montmartre and Grand Blvd around the corner - as the manager of Dream Hotel Opera said re. small stairways, parking etc.:"every space in Paris is small, but our hearts are big!"

I like the location of hotel and how the room is clean and the staff si kind and polite, i didnt like thats the elevator so small cant fit more than 1 adult and 1 kids abd if we are family so we need to use it many times and little bit slow , the size if room not bad but some how annoying if you have big luggage so the move in room will be not easy , and i believe the price of hotel smeller to hotel in same erea and the room will be bigger

The front desk person was very nice and friendly. The room does not have a refrigerator but the the room was better than the hotels in this area. Modern and clean.
