The hotel was absolutely perfect. Lovely rooms. Very clean throughout. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was great. Fabulous choice at breakfast. Perfect location for attending events at the OVO or just a 30 minute walk to city center. The hotels famous Sky bar was perfect for relaxing and having a few drinks.

Excellent stay, handy for India quay and the Hydro. Easy on site parking lots of spaces on a Monday afternoon.

The room wasn’t clean, stains all over the couch, some of the lights not working, staff unhelpful.

Went to chill out and the sky at just made it

Great breakfast, very comfortable bed, warm shower and great check in service as always

Fantastic hotel. Reception was beautiful and ever had an amazing smell. Receptionist was very friendly and efficient. Room was spacious and fantastic view. Sadly because we were attending a gig at OVO we went to the sky bar for a cocktail and they weren’t serving them as the public were allowed to use the bar it was too busy, even once it was open to residents only after a certain time they wouldn’t make us one which seemed unfair

Great room and bathroom, both spotless. Beds a bit soft for us but just stayed one night. Excellent breakfast, plenty choice, something for everyone.

Hotel was really nice. Rooms were very nice and spacious. 4 stars as the bedrooms had quite an odd lino on the floor which stopped it feeling like a bedroom but otherwise pretty nice. Very quiet too. Ideal for a gig.

Room was lovely, staff very friendly and helpful. For £190 the hospitality tray was awful, no tea or coffee. 1 sachet of hot chocolate. The fridge was not working. As we were only staying for 1 night we didn’t complain . Small plates in the Skybar were lovely, but food in the OUIBar was mixed . The red Thai curry and mac and cheese was very good but fish and chips was disappointing. Good selection at breakfast but could have been hotter .
