Had a lovely night at the hotel. It's very modern with the superior room with perfect view along river Clyde. Dinner at the restaurant was nice and the same establishment provides the buffet breakfast. I would certainly recommend staying here for it also has good links into City Centre.

Despite completing an online check in we arrived and waited at least 45min to get our key , (only 2 people on reception for queues out the door ) as a result our relaxing night turned into a rushed stressful one ! When eventually getting to our room decide to treat myself to a drink from mini bar - only to find a wee card saying that it wasn’t stocked but to call reception for anything you need …. The reply “sorry you will need to go to the bar “ …. Not exactly the service we were thinking . Fast forward a few hours to the “award winning sky bar “ … at the start of the evening lovely , fresh cocktails and nice atmosphere . As the night continued so did the queues (perhaps short staffed , again !) , glass and spilt drinks …. the once fresh cocktails were now being poured out a pre mixed bag … not exactly what you expect with £10+ price tag and having to try avoid smashed glass on the floor and shoes stuck to the filthy floor … award winning sky bar not so sure , more like a freshers week pub !!! However the staff and breakfast were delicious so at least there was one good point to the stay !

What a mistake it was to book this place, although the fault is Expedia's as well as the hotels. I definitely booked it for two weeks prior, when I actually needed it, but it came through as a booking for this weekend instead, and since it was non-refundable, I thought I might as well stay the night. I originally booked it because hotels in the city centre generally don't have car parks, and I knew that this place did. What I didn't know is that parking is not included. It felt like such a rip-off. It's actually at the staff's discretion whether to exact the charge, and I had the misfortune of dealing with a jobsworth who considered ripping customers off to be a better option than treating them well. So I won't be going back.

The hotel is amazing and modern. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there. I have some recommendations to make it even better: - Amenities should be present before asking like water, slippers in addition to the already existing tea and coffee - The breakfast should be more international, with live egg preparations and more options. - Have better quality control like stains on floor and curtains sometimes, new towels which have stains. And more importantly, room cleaning should be more punctual, especially when the cleaning sign is placed at the door.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. The distance to attractions were a bit far. Still walkable but it would take 15-20’ to walk to get to them. That is also true for restaurants and cafes. It is great if you have a conference as it is so close to convention center. I stayed 2 nights and for 2 nights it was good.

The room, hotel staff and breakfast were all great. The reception staff checked me in early and helped again after I needed to get back into the room after checking out as I’d left something behind. Lovely poached eggs cooked to order for brekkie too. Nice.

The room was large and beautiful and air conditioned. The bathroom was amazing. The staff was helpful. The rooftop bar was very cool l.
