Ok cert big but a bit far from shopping area. Very jam qt night

Ease of checking in and the place was generally clean. The host is very responsive and my family has a pleasant stay in the unit. To go to the nearby shopping malls will have to travel by car or grab.

Homestay. Market wholesales area, many foreigner. Had a hard time getting the access key due to Letterbox lock faulty, tried contracting the owner but to no avail. (Help from *privacy*) House/Bed is dusty. Plus point was spacious and 3 room, 3 bathroom.

The property was doubled booked and I was informed only 2hrs 15 mins later when I reached the property. On the phone, the management told me the alternative location is KSL. I told him I am driving toward KSL Mall and he will send me the check in details later. When I reached KSL mall, I noticed that the location is KSL Daya Residences, not at KSL Mall. The double booking was already very bad. Acknowledging that I should go to KSL Mall and send me a different address, and this alternative property do not even have Wifi... I booked a property with Wifi... There is no refunded nothing. I am with my family of 4 adults and 2 kids at 10pm driving around like crazy. I don't know how worst can this be.

Apartment was clean and tidy. Service was prompt. Only thing was not much amenities around but not an issue if driving
