Great little find this. After being let down last minute for a room elsewhere. I booked a room less than 24 hours before. I was contacted to arrange check in and the host was very welcoming and informative. Very spacious en suite room as well for the price, with tea and coffee and a smart TV as well. Thank you

Stayed as a solo guest- was able to park outside. Had a warm welcome and the room was lovely. Really happy and would stay again.

Very clean room

Nice enough staff, clean room. You are near to the town centre which is just a 5 minute walk away. The lady who checked me in forgot to give me the code to the gate, not a big issue. Noisy environment outside the room from other guests and both times I have stayed here, I have found the room to be warm, just slightly to warm to be comfortable while under a duvet but too cold without one haha Being picky, the water pressure on the sink is quite high so you need to be careful opening the tap otherwise you get slashed with water.

Great stay, close by to where i needed it. Rooms were very clean and fit for purpose. Great people to deal with and very helpful
