The Tru hotel was amazing. I love how clean everything was and how nice the staff were. The location was not too far from where we needed to go. Breakfast had a variety of food for everyone and my daughter loved the self made pancakes machine.

I ask for a Regular King size room/ but i received the Hdcp King size room so bathroom gets a little messy when showering. But a lot of space. PROS:Pleasant,friendly, breakfast Mon-Fri. 6am to 9am on Sat & Sun 6am to 10am There's a sheetz gas station across the street so it help if you want a late snack. CONS: No Swimming Pool,No restaurant, room cleaning not everyday probably you have to let them know...but they were nice on giving me xtra towels. Overall i rate it an 8 out of 10.hope this helps.

The rooms were very nice! Nothing to complain about!

At the last minute, I had to postpone my trip. I called the property to try and see if there was any way to resolve that they literally hung up on me. Not to mention the same thing with Travelocity, your robot phone system works like crap. I spent a lot of money with Travelocity in the last year. There’s 1 million other sites out there for me to try
