Breakfast was ok, food was cold unfortunately but plenty to choose from

Nothing was too much for staff. the hotel an surrounding area was constantly being cleaned. The hotel have just opened up a lovely little restaurant which you can book over the lunchtime period and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Thoroughly enjoyable time had by all.

Horrible location, far away from everything, no public transportation around, no uber, taxi only. Pool was closed. Stuff do not really understand English.

Nice and quiet place to stay. The appartement is somewhat limited in amenities. There was a lack of some essential cookware and plates for someone wanting to cook a basic meal. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location is perfect for some quiet and relaxing vacations.

Excellent location a block from the beach and walkable to old town. Very helpful staff. Sketchy, almost useless wifi and weak air conditioning. Amenities are average - could benefit from a renovation.

Our stay here was very enjoyable I cannot fault anything.The breakfast and dinner were excellent.

Great location, walking distance to the beach. Quite part of town and close to lots of other sites and beaches. The breakfast was my kids favorite food they ate everyday. The staff made this place the best. They were so helpful when we needed anything and went out of their way to translate for us on the phone when needed.

Close to the beach, this appart hotel could be really good but: * the convertible sofa bed is not a real bed. The mattress is just some foam and it doesn’t transform into a 2 person bed but into 2 singles ‘beds’ * habitations are not sound proof, you will hear your neighbors * there is no door between the sleeping room and the other room with the kitchen and the sofa bed, just the corridor (that give access to the bathroom too). * reserve your parking beforehand, they will tell you you can do it later but you won’t be able to because it will be full and they won’t help you find a solution. * no bottle opener in the kitchen! And it is really clean and with all the facilities you can expect.

As they do not own the parking lot it was expensive, 16 euros a day. The street parking around the hotel was constantly full but I am guessing if you were persistent you could find some. The room was nice but dated. The air conditioner worked very well. The hotel is one block from the beach which is extremely convenient. We booked with the breakfast included and it was worth it.

Very comfortable stay. Room fine, pool is great and a good size. Staff friendly. Hotel is in a great location.

Het hotel op zich is iets buiten Palamos gelegen, maar wel op wandelafstand van de zee. Bij aankomst was de dame aan de check-in vriendelijk. Onze kamer viel redelijk mee, was wel ruim met een slaap ruimte en een ruimte waar een salon en TV stond. De badkamer is voorzien van een bad maar als je 1m80 bent kan je er niet in liggen, lees eerder de grote van een zitbad. Daar ontdekten we dat bepaalde handdoeken nog vuil waren alsook waren de lakens niet volledig proper. Het ontbijtbuffet is heel uitgebreid, maar nodigt niet echt uit om gezellig te ontbijten, meer een rifter gevoel. De kans dat we hier nogmaals terug komen is eerder klein.

C'était notre 2eme sejour dans cet hotel.La première fois le detit dej était très varié, mais pas cette fois -ci, il y avait moins de choix. Par ailleurs,il faisait tres lourd dans les chambres, la clim ne fonctionnait , on nous a indiqué à la réception que des personnes agées avaient apparemment trop froid( et pourtant chaque chambre détient un variateur et doit être en mesure de régler à sa convenance la température de sa chambre non ?) Et dernière surprise,durant le sejour nous avons remarqué plusieurs piqures que je pensais etres des moustiques alors que c'était DES PUNAISES DE LIT d'après notre médecin! Bref malgré un très bon emplacement et un bon personnel, il faudrait revoir l'hygiène des chambres. Un service de nettoyage devrait avoir lieu quotidiennement et sans supplément.

La ubicación es excelente,y en Mayo no hace falta parking porque en las calles de alrededor casi siempre hay sitio.El desayuno bueno,si volviera a Palamos repetiria.

The buffet was varied and if you leave early you can have the breakfast as a picnic takeaway.
