I truly enjoyed my two-night stay at Novotel Dongdaemun. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and I appreciated having a desk to get some work done. Although I had to wait a bit for my room to be ready, it wasn’t an issue. The kind receptionist even gave me a corner room with a direct view of DDP, which was a lovely gesture. Many reviews mention that the first-floor reception is often crowded, which I found to be true. However, I went straight to the reception on the 20th floor upon arrival, and it was much quieter. One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient location, within walking distance of several subway stations and the airport bus stop. There are also plenty of restaurants and shopping centers nearby. Overall, it offers great value for the quality. I’ll definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice studio room type, fully furnished complete with washing machine and kitchen utensils, perfect for guest who loves to cook or brought some foods to Seoul, my 2nd times stayed at the hotel, and will comeback again in future.

The accommodation is very spacious and since I choose a residence type, they provide us a kitchen set including a washing machine. It 's really a good experience to stay in this hotel. For the area it 's quite strategic and nearby with dongdaemun culture and park. Definitely will go back to here again.

Sesuai dengan standar Novotel, baik dari pelayanan dan kemudahan check-in. Sejauh ini saya puas dengan lokasi dan pelayanan hotel ini. Dekat dengan airport shuttle bus, jadi dari bandara Incheon langsung turun dekat dari hotel hanya sekitar 15-20 meter.

It is very pleasent to stay here. Staff is very professional.

The hotel staff is not friendly, for others yes 4 star hotel standards.
