The hotel is close to good restaurants. Staff was friendly and the hotel is clean . Just wished restaurant inside stay opened longer

Nice hotel! Rooms are modern, staff was friendly. The M club is a nice perk but definitely wouldn't pay extra for it. My only critique is that the shower was so narrow that one could hardly move without hitting the hardware; very poor design.

Even though I was late checking in, I received a warm reception and was checked in quickly and efficiently. My room was quite comfortable, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was included with my room and the staff were very friendly and aimed to please.

First let me say I am very picky about finding a clean Hotel. I am allergic to DUST the hotel was spotless the staff at all times was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I would definitely stay here again NO COMPLAINTS!

I recently stayed at the Marriott in Markham and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, every staff member I encountered was kind, helpful, and welcoming. It made such a difference to be greeted with a smile and a friendly hello throughout my stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely bathroom that felt modern and comfortable. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail in how everything was maintained. The location is excellent. I enjoyed walking around the area, visiting nearby coffee shops, bakeries, and charming local stores. CF Markham Mall is just a short 10-minute drive away and offers fantastic shopping. I was also happy to find a Whole Foods within walking distance, which is always a favorite of mine when travelling. Although I didn’t get a chance to try the hotel’s restaurant and bar this time, the dining area looked beautiful and inviting. I’m already looking forward to returning. This was my second time staying here, and I can confidently say I’ll be booking again in the future.

nice hotel, staff friendly and pleasant. mattress comfortable. bedding okay. could change the pillows as it starts to have a " unpleasant odor". bathroom very clean, shower area very clean which is very important to me. towels ok. location is very convenient for us. I would definitely re book this hotel next time. thank you

Our bed was awful, very uncomfortable and the sheets and bedding were much too small. Pillows were too large and hard.

Room was clean and really nice layout for the price. Two restaurants in hotel was very convenient. We loved that the Movies theatre and mall was across the street. Very quiet neighborhood. The staff were very friendly. Lady at front desk found out it was my birthday weekend and gave me free parking and Mock-tail vouchers.
