Arrived late to find a room extremely hot from being sealed up in hot weather. Too warm to sleep and only 1 window that could open. It was late so decided to shower in the morning but woke up to no hot water and within 5 minutes even the cold water had stopped. Could not shower or even flush the toilet. A guy turned up but did not apologise just joked about the lack of water. That is why they only got 1 star. Will be taking my issues up with the hotel directly as vitally unacceptable

Lovely room, very convenient self check in. Good location near all central things, handy little car park which is only small.

It was easy to self check in and the room had everything needed for a great stay including the breakfast box. We took the dog with us and the room was ideal with plenty of room for us. We didn't see any staff as all the information was sent via phone. The staff member I spoke to on the phone to add the dog was very helpful and efficient. Lovely place to stay.

Very clean spacious and comfortable. Great shower and thoughtful food and drink options. Traffic noise was a bit intrusive and it surprised us that the window did not have some sort of noise reduction. However we would stay again

Couldn't comment on staff because we didn't see any. But saying that the room was clean, bed comfortable and adequate supplies. Excellent shower and wash facilities. Handy for Chirk Castle and British Ironworks Park.

Checking in was straight forward with good communication via email on how to do this. Limited car parking but throughout our stay we did not have any issues. The room was beautifully decorated with a lot of character. Ample tea and coffee provided with fruit, pain au chocolate and porridge which was a lovely touch however the cleanliness of cups kettle etc was not so good which was disappointing. The cleaning staff were very friendly and happy to help with any requests we had. Great Central location but our room was located at the front of the building which was noisy with traffic passing but this did not cause to much trouble. I would stay here again.

Everything easy, including parking. Convenient for the centre of town.

Efficient check in procedure Issue though re parking. Not much space and confusing. Can use restaurant car park but that gets busy and early Sunday morning was chained shut

Rooms were spotlessly clean, lovely assortment of teas/ coffee/ and snacks, welcome you after a day travelling. The staff are always friendly. The location is great, as it is situated in the middle of the town centre, but we stay because it is 5 mins from our family, so we will definitely be back.

Room was spotless, this was our 2nd stay here, and will not be our last, lovely breakfast basket, and love the little bottles of milk, and goodies, such a lovely touch. Staff friendly and welcoming.

Clean room and really comfy bed

Cosy little place, very nice. Easy walk into town. One for the bikers… I would be happy to park my motorbike overnight here.

Easy to park. Nice room and bathroom. Steep narrow stairs to my very quaint room, which I didn't mind - though some might ask for a more accessible room off the lovely courtyard.
