Booked a room at T9 but maybe because we checked in late He then took the T8 building accommodation to make the room clean and tidy. Very good service. There are security guards sent to the accommodation. But stuck a little Is that we reserve a room for 4 people but only 2 pillows but everything is okay

Spacious but not clean. The bathroom and toilet were not clean. I even saw a cockroach. The floor was wet when I arrive. TV, microwave and kettle were present but couldn’t use it because outlets were broken and plugs doesn’t have adapter. They provided an extension wire but it’s also broken. Towels and bedsheets are old. I was uneasy the whole time because there's a big door. It has no lock so I tried to open it but when I tried, it won’t open. So I was guessing the lock was on the other side? I was kinda scared and couldn’t sleep with lights off.
