El hotel esta limpio, amplio, las habitaciones cómodas

Staff was amazing and polite. Had an answer for all my questions and were extremely helpful with making sure we were comfortable at the hotel and asking for any accommodations or suggestions for feel more at home. Awesome hotel.

There was no parking, they have just 30 places for the hole hotel, y reserve for a room with 2 beds and they said all was rented si they gave mi a king size for me and my daugther ....

Everything was great. The only complaint that I have is that the breakfast said included and even said that on my receipt from the property but they tried twice and were insistant that I had to pay for the breakfast that wasn't that great of a breakfast. What they should change is: add a welcome staff that explains the payment as you enter the restaurant before you seat, and add parking.

The service was terrible, staff wasn’t friendly and the room was ok but I had to keep calling for things that should’ve been replenished, I.e toilet paper, coffee, water . Will never stay here again.

The hotel was good , but I got a room with a view corredor view. I ask for better roll view never answer me

The hotel and Junior Suite were very nice. Enjoyed that the hotel was on a very active avenue. The park was within walking distance, as well as a pharmacy, OXXO,food park, Starbucks.

El personal muy atento y amable, las intalaciones muy bien. Altamente recomendable

The room was nice, the breakfast buffet was not! We came down for breakfast at 9am and the buffet was almost empty and the food was cold. The service was lacking, it took forever to get juice and coffee! Liked the room, hated the restaurant service the dinner took too long and when we received our food was warm at best!!

Great hotel in a perfect location. Unfortunately, sleeping here feels like you’re checked into a rock concert — there’s a bar right in front that cranks up the volume all night. Such a pity, because this is otherwise one of my favorite places to stay in SLP.
