The bedroom and bath were very clean. The staff was attentive and polite. We liked the self serve breakfast food choices. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable! Our bathroom in the yellow room was very small- that is our only disappointment. It was great to have the temple view from our window. Ability to open the windows was a nice surprise! Overall we recommend this hotel.

When visiting Rome, you must keep in mind that everything is old. That being said, the rooms were modern, clean and all functioning. We had a room that faced the alley (Classic) and enjoyed it because it was very quiet. Opened the windows and all we heard were the mild, peaceful rumblings of a functioning city. The breakfast was the best part, not because of what it offered (it had the basic toast, yogurt, coffee, fruit (no eggs) but that after a 20k+ walking step day, you could come back and make a snack when restaurants were closed between 4pm and 7pm. That alone was a surprise—we didn't realize how much we appreciated having this convenience. However, as far as amenities, all restaurants and grocery stores are 20 steps from the building. When walking: 13-15 min away from Piazza Navona, Trevi and Pantheon. 45-60 min from Vatican (12 min by cab). Excellent, hardworking staff, especially George, and Laura.

Good central location, good for the price

Property is in a great location to access all the major landmarks in room ie 10 minute walk to colleseum, 10 minutes to pantheon. There are bars and restaurants in the square which are good quality. Really enjoyed the help yourself breakfast set up. Room was a great size, bed very comfortable, and very clean throughout. Staff were helpful The only reason wasnt a 5 star was the square can be noisy early morning where the service vehicles are cleaning or delivery to the small supermarket close to hotel.

In a great location, walking distance of just about everything you could want to see in Rome. Great shopping (markets and clothing) nearby. Many restaurants to choose from. The bed was good if you like soft and "squishy" beds. If you like firm beds, check with the hotel to see if any area available.

Internet was intermittent.

Roton was great to help me check-in smoothly late at night and overall helped to make my stay comfortable! Great location!

It’s not a hotel, more like a B&B, and not all rooms face the temple, but we were lucky to get one! I arrived on an early flight and only planned to drop off my luggage, but the room was already ready and the host kindly offered an early check-in. Much appreciated.

The location of the property can’t be better! The rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff super responsive and helpful.

Very clean rooms and very helpful and welcoming staff. Room overlooked the temples. Only minus would be difficult access to accommodation and level of street noise which disturbed us overnight. Breakfast room was small and to share space with other guests isn’t optimal. Otherwise a convenient spot.

The room was very clean with a nice bathroom , hotel rooms in Europe are smaller than US, but has everything you need with larger than usual bathroom and an awesome shower that hits the spot after a long day of site seeing. Couldn’t get a better location . Staff was really nice too.

Everything was amazing and the staff was extremely accommodating. We had a wonderful experience and for sure will be back!
