Expensive but high quality. Staff great and hotel facilities what you would expect Only one bar and restaurant but handy for the beachfront with plenty of choice One thing to watch is car parking is very expensive at €45 a night. Shame to rip off high value customers

Super Nice Hotel but Service is Not what you expect and know from other Hotels - Like the Bothanic Sanctuary in Antwerp before This stay. Room was cleaned on Sunday at 4pm there is no door to the toilet which is not good at all. Only 1 towel per Person in the bathroom and no Soap. More of such Details could be mentioned Burg This is what makes the difference

A fabulous hotel, where the little things are taken care of, without needing to ask. Super facilities from the design of the hotel to the bedding. A complimentary glass of Ruinhart, probably tells you what you need to know!

Very nice hotel

the only criticism ww has was the cleanliness. in arrival we found some hats in the bathroom floor but this was was made good will just we went out for a walk hotel is situated in a very convenient area and is of a very high standard breakfast was impeccable

Amazing hotel, great reception service, restaurant food really good- only let down was speed if restaurant service on a Saturday night, very slow.

Truly the best hotel by the North Sea. The ultimate luxury living. The staff is amazing, from the valet, the reception, the food management to the spa. Everyone is trying their best to make my stay comfortable and fun. Friday night live music would be my favorite event of the hotel, following by the wonderful breakfast!!! Cheers the the dream teams, the beauty and the comfort of the hotel. Perfection is here to spark!!!!

Loved my Friday night live music.. I think the hotel should have that every day for the summer…

The property is very well located, service is excellent and prompt. Love the decor of the hotel and rooms, the understated luxury is palpable, Bar is excellent The only objection is that we were given a room without windows (yes, no windows!). No mention in the reservation or at check in on this "detail". The room was beautiful, but never experienced something like this in a 5 star property (or any property)

Verry amazing hotel! Verry clean, good food and a fabulous pool.

The Bistro restaurant overpriced and no good dining. I had complained because my food was really not good, but no help! One elevator only, nice rooms. The sauna area seems could be cleaner.

The hotel decorations is minimum, but the facilities are comfortable. Good swimming pool. Location is quite close to the beach. The view is so-so though.

Hotel is prima maar te groot voor de ontbijtzaal, receptie waardoor je veel moet wachten. Er is maar 1 lift, waardoor je ook lang moet wachten.
