Spacious for a couple with separate bedroom and big open kitchen/living room. Washing machine and real kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. Close enough to Lincoln road’s actions. Located right behind the Bass museum by the convention center. Mostly residential. No noisy bars or cafés around. Beach is walking distance through Collins park. The free little city shuttle stops right in front of the building. Wifi and TV worked perfectly. Washington ave. can be noisy at time with trafic. No grocery stores around, you have to reach Walgreens on Collins. Just a little convenient store actually on the next street. Nobody on site to help if any minor issue or need to complain. Only through e-mails or phone. Place in general would need some « tune up ». Stairs in the hall way are damaged. The suite needs light bulbs to be replaced but overall everything was working fine and overall was satisfied with my stay

Very good location. Easy instructions to enter the building and unit. The dishes were not very clean. Dishwasher was not unloaded, coffeemaker was not clean. Also there were no instructions about how to connect to wifi. Eventually we found wifi name and password on the router itself.

Great location! Apartment style felt more like a home.

They never provided access to the unit and do not pick up their phones.

Building under construction but room had no issues.
