staff we’re lovely, room was good

I love this budget hotel in Koga, Japan. Staff are friendly and helpful and as with all things Japanese very very clean.

Older style but very welcoming. Staff are sweet and the level of cleanliness is excellent. Plus very economical.

Dated facility, but kept clean and neat. The best part is their enjoyable and comforting breakfast.

I had a good stay in Koga. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. The property is older but extremely well maintained and towels and rubbish cleared each day. Guests can then choose when to have a full clean of their room, change of linen etc. there are laundry facilities and a public bath. I would recommend this hotel.

I had a reservation booked through hotels. com however the hotel didn't have it. They quickly accommodated me with a room, great service! Breakfast was awesome.

値段がやすいのに朝飯大浴場ありコーヒーただはとても良いです

広いお部屋と伸び伸び休めるベッド、足を伸ばせる湯船でした。

部屋はとても清潔でした。朝ごはんも付いててありがたかったです。

浴室の壁が新しくされていて、パッキンのカビなど全然ない部屋で良かった

スタッフの方々の対応が丁寧だし、笑顔でとても良かったです。

清掃は行き届いてます。ただ連泊したので二日目朝外出して昼頃戻ってきたら部屋の清掃が終わって無かったのが残念でした。朝の食事の時、味噌汁の椀の縁の塗りが剥がれていて　不潔に感じました。

外観は古いが、客室は改装されており綺麗です。 大浴場も普通。昭和のホテルの感じです。 朝食は無料。ビュッフェ形式で品数が多く、珍しいメニューも多く、食事に関しては、一般的なビジネスホテルよりかなり優良です。
